"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. "部屋は広くて清潔でよかったです。朝、換気扇からタバコの臭いがしたのが少し気になりました。チェックインのとき担当のフロントのスタッフに咳をかけられました。咳が出やすい体質なのはお気の毒ですが手を当てるなどの咳エチケットを教育してほしいです。それと人手不足で忙しすぎるのか積極的に接客したくないスタッフが数人いる感じを受けました。ソーシャルラウンジにスタッフがおらず困っていたお客さんもいたのでスタッフに指摘させていただいたところ、事務的な感じで説明され言い訳のように感じました。まずは謝ってほしかったので残念に思いました。"
