“Fantastisk sted med super udsigt. Alt virkede og de småting der var blev hurtigt afhjulpet. Værelse 2 fungerede meget bedre end det billedet på nettet viste. Eneste lille detalje, som jeg måske havde overset - der var en del trapper, men sådan er det jo ofte ved Como søen. Et sted vi gerne kommer tilbage til.”

Sala Comacina
6.0 分，总分 10，（3 条点评）
“The beautiful view and comfortable beds were the only positives. The listing left out several significant issues. Check-in required passport details and selfies holding our IDs. The agency said this was required by Italian police law but did not provide the specific requirement when asked. The directions were unclear, and reaching the apartment meant a long walk and numerous steep, difficult steps. Getting to and from the apartment was challenging, especially for a guest with mobility issues……

“The property itself was nice with a solid view of the lake. I had thought the property was on the lake side, but it’s actually across the street. Nevertheless, the views of the lake were still good. The unit was a more modern unit with good AC, plenty of space and multiple balconies. The only real issue I had was the listed address is completely wrong so it took some detective work to figure out exactly where the property was located, which was a pain as it required us to turn around on the……

Bright penthouse on Lake Como with breathtaking view.
Colonno
10.0 分，总分 10，绝佳，（2 条点评）
“This penthouse flat featuring unobstructed views of Lake Como was absolutely amazing! The village of Colonno is small (population around 500) and very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is right along the starting point of the Como Greenway trail. The ferry stop is steps from the unit making it super convenient if like us you opt against a car. Bar Locanda is also steps away. We dined there every night we were there. Staff is super welcome. Marco is a fabulous host! Ciao! Grazie!”

“Apartment is beautiful. However you have no privacy in the living room area as you can see from outside the windows in and here in lake como there are many more apartments around that are higher than this one or about the same height and can see in. Also had LOTS of trouble with check in as the host DOES NOT want to answer anything and only directs you to a link with drop down arrows where there is paragraphs explaining things. They only give you a parking lot and pictures and you need to……

“It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio”
