A large and practical separate kitchen is fitted with all the desired cooking appliances to prepare and cook tasty home-cooked meals during your stay, with a gas hob, eye-level oven, microwave and all the essential equipment provided. A private chef can also be hired upon request to offer guests an unforgettable dining experience, to mark that special occasion or to simply enjoy a little luxury during your Lake Como holiday. The lake view master bedroom features an elegant period style double bed and the 4 other bedrooms provide guests with a total of 5 single beds and a double bed, ideal for adults and children. The beautiful lake views from the first floor balconies and upper level windows provide a tranquil and romantic feature to each room, to provide you and your guests with splendid holiday haven to enjoy throughout the day.

Outside the surrounding sunny lake view garden provides the perfect idyll in which to sunbathe, relax, entertain, or even to enjoy a spot of lake swimming!

The villa conveniently offers private parking (the private garage is around 500 meters from the property) and guests are perfectly placed for reaching the local amenities, taxi boat service and popular Island attraction of Sala Comacina, as well as for reaching the relaxed Lido and water boat hire service available in nearby Ossuccio. The famous attraction of Villa Balbianello in Lenno can be reached in just 5 minutes by car and a frequent bus service operates from the historical village to the nearby central lake highlights and attractions, as well as to the cosmopolitan delights and Milan transport links which are to be found in Como city.
