“The hotel is not bad, location is great, but Very bad service at reception. They try to over charge you on things and take a long time both check in and check out.
Tried to make a complaint to the front desk manager and he was not willing to even listen . ”

“I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep.
This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof.
Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area.
The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again. ”
