“Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Die Zimmer sind sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die separate Lobby ist ebenfalls von hoher Qualität und ruhig. Meine Frau war am Abreisetag leider krank und wir durften deutlich später auschecken ohne etwas bezahlen zu müssen. ”

“The hotel is not bad, location is great, but Very bad service at reception. They try to over charge you on things and take a long time both check in and check out. Tried to make a complaint to the front desk manager and he was not willing to even listen . ”

“I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep. This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof. Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area. The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again. ”

“The hotel is located in an area with a lot of adultery workers and thieves, as we were warned by not one but a few drivers during the stay. The hotel itself is a decent one, we were welcomed by glasses of Cava however the front desk was a bit understaff as both the time we had to wait quite a bit to check in and check out. The bed is very huge which usually is a good thing however in this case it gets too huge and make the room feel a bit small, other than the above mentioned the overall……

“The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was larger than I expected and was very comfortable with everything I needed. The hotel is located in the city center, so it is very convenient to get around. The main entrance gate is small and it took some time for me to find it. Overall, it's a very nice stay and I will definitely stay in this hotel should I visit Barcelona again. ”

“Room was very clean along with building facilities. Staff pleasant, with someone always at the front desk and can speak multiple languages, English as well. Even with the shared washroom option chosen, there was always two available shower/washrooms so never had to wait. Microwave+ kettles available, along with clean mini fridge in room. Surrounding roads are going under massive construction, which is only an issue if you are driving. ”

“The hotel is centrally located. Tons of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very charming and historic. Beautiful place and the staff was so helpful.”

“ Frukosten var fräsch! det fanns nästintill allt kött, ost, grönsaker, olika röror, frukt, söt saker, färsk pressad juice osv. Dock kan jag önska att det fanns fler mat tångar då det inte fanns tillräckligt många och gästerna använde tångarna till fläsk och ost. Jag tänker på dem som inte äter fläsk. Väldigt bra service. Personalen är trevliga, service inriktade och sociala. Vill att gästerna har det bra. Städning av hotellrummet varje dag. Nya handdukar varje dag. Gratis vatten varje dag……
