My family, friends, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location, amazing views, and very friendly and attentive property caretakers. We opted for Maria (the caretaker) to cook our dinners too, which were local fair and delicious--whilst enjoying sunset on the deck dining table. The owners of the property were great and made sure we got there OK and all our needs were met. Highly recommended!

The house was even better than the photos! I guess most things are better first hand and in person. We were met by Javier. He showed us around (3 couples) and the house was perfect! Everything you would need was there, games appliances. We stopped at the grocery store after getting off the plane and stocked Up. We also arranged for Maria to make our dinner and that truly topped off our trip. We were able to surf double sessions and not rush home to make dinners. We all would come back again!up.

We had a fantastic week at Casa Vista Mar! Highlights included the easy walk to the beach, surfboard rental selection at the house, Javier and Marie Isabella and their daughter's hospitality, maintenance and amazing cooking!!, the very friendly local surf community, and all the great amenities at the house! We felt spoiled and will definitely come again. Oh, yes, then there's the amazing surf, but we want to keep that a secret, right!?

Our family of 6 stayed at Casa Vista Mar for a week of bliss. The property offers an abundance of space for all activities; games and meals at the long table, surf watch and dreamy sunset time on the rooftop patio, swimming(which is perfect shaded for a portion of the day), playing catch in the yard…..the list goes on. Javier and his beautiful family take the best care of the property and are incredibly accommodating. Maria cooked an amazing meal for us and Javier help line up boat fishing, massages, shuttle rides etc. Maria puttered around the Casa making the space ever so clean and cosy every day. -It was the best treat. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us. We would go back in a heartbeat!

This was the best trip we have taken as a family in a really long time. Everything was amazing from start to finish. There were nine of us (four adults and five kids). The property was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Each bedroom had air conditioning which we only used when we slept. Our kids have all grown up in the ocean and loved surfing the entire time we were there. Restaurants were a close walk along the sand and the store was a short drive. We also really enjoyed having amazing home-cooked meals every night. My friend and I also had a massage outside twice while we were there. The pool was the perfect size for relaxing after a day in the ocean. This is the best place to unplug. We will be back!

This was a well appointed home. AC in the bedrooms was very nice for the tropical evenings during July. Enjoyed the coffee options with a French press, pour over and grinder in addition to typical drip. Daily cleaning was great which you don’t always find. We were surfing at Saladita and surrounds. The view of the surf is nice from the large shaded deck as well as the roof. Bring some binoculars to get a close look. There are some mid lengths and 9’0” boards available which was nice to have easy boards available when we first got in. Nice board rental options near the point from Brandon for longboards. We mixed it up cooking in and going out to the beach restaurants. Wish the trip didn’t have to end!

House, beach, and view were spectacular and exceeded all expectations as well as the photos! Maria and Javier were gracious hosts who responded to every request. Maria’s dinners were restaurant quality, and enjoying them on the porch with a beach view was heavenly! Everyone in our family from age 9 to 56 surfed, and instruction from Saladita Surf School, which was a 5 minute walk up the beach, was top notch! At times we felt like characters in our own movie: Victor appearing in our yard with horses that we galloped down the beach on and took to swim in a river, the friendly staff at Jovita y Pancho who left work to show us iguanas in every shape and color and gave us a chance to jump off a high platform into a river, delicious fresh homemade salsas and tacos at Paco’s, and an oven fired meal with a live band at Lourdes, then back to watch the sunset in the perfect breeze on the front porch. Pro tip: Bring lots of pesos as ATMs are limited and often out of cash and buy more groceries than you think you will need in Zihuatanejo.

This property was perfect and we will be back! Just a 5 minute walk to the point and to the handful of restaurants. The house was perfect and both Maria and Javier, the caretakers, were excellent. Communication with Nancy was great and she has wonderful response time. The pool is so perfect for the hot afternoons. Can't wait for our next visit!

My family and I had such an incredible stay at this home in Saladita. The view from the main deck and the roof are absolutely breathtaking. We even watched whales from the top. The unique layout of the home made it fun for the kids to explore. Every day Maria cleaned up for us and also made meals for us when requested. Havier arranged horseback riding and massages for us. The main break is just a short walk down the beach and the surf out front was perfect for or kids to play in with less rocks than many other spots on the beach. During our stay we even had baby sea turtles hatch out front. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is looking to stay and surf in Saladita. There are boards for rent at the house or you can rent boards right in front of the point so you don't have to lug them down the beach. There is a small store in town for necessities but make sure you stop at the big super near the airport before you arrive. All in all this was one of our best family trips together. Surf was also epic!

This house was really wonderful, the deck overlooking the ocean was a great spot for hanging out and eating, the roof deck is amazing for sun downers, and the pool is great for relaxing. The house is super close to all the bars and cafes on the beach where you can go catch some waves or just chill, and Javier and Maria were incredible caretakers and made sure our stay was perfect. Would come again!

We rented the entire house for an extended family get together with excellent surfing right out front. La Saladita is a magical longboard left and the house is directly on the beach with a perfect view of the break. I brought 4 books and didn't crack a single one as the view was mesmerizing in-between surf sessions. The Rooms were all nice appointed and comfortable. The staff kept everything clean and tidy too. I would stay here again.

We took our daughters and friends to Las Saladitas and stayed at Casa Vista Mar for a week. There were 9 of us and the home comfortably fit us all! There is an amazing view from the balcony which I enjoyed most of the day. Kids surfed 3 times per day and said it was the best surfing spot they have been to and we are from Southern California! The pool is refreshing and also has a beautiful beach view. Our bedroom had a lovely beach view and the sound of the waves were incredible. We felt completely safe not only in the home but also in the community. Javier and Maria Isabella who are the on site managers are amazing people, kind and helpful. With 2 trips to the hospital for minor injuries they were calm and resourceful. The house provides unlimited fresh drinking water and is stocked with everything else you might need to cook (you provide your own food) and have fun. We stopped in the way at the Mega grocery for breakfast and lunch essentials but Maria Isabella cooked for our group of 9 each night which was very economical and stress free for me. She even got a special birthday cake and ice cream for my daughters birthday. She buys the food and cooks it. All the meals were amazing: Chili Rellenos, shrimp tacos , enchiladas, pasta and meatballs, fish taquitos, steak and baked potatoes…and the very best salsas you ever tasted! Mom got a vacation too. Javier arranged for kids to be taken by boat to “The Ranch” surf spot which was epic. Although we brought our own boards, I saw that they have a good variety on site to rent. I could go on and on, but you get the idea that this is a unique and lovely place. We will be back!

Great house surrounded by great houses. We had a large group renting three properties. Ours was in the middle. Amazing house. And javier and maria are wonderful. Kept it clean for our 6 days and took care of us when we asked. Wish we had longer to explore and enjoy Amenities and surfboards are available and because the pool is half covered it is always much cooler than all the other properties. This was a plus in the heat!!! We highly recommend. Nancy was great to communicate with as well!!!
