"This is a beautiful rental property. The view & setting is wonderful & very private, entered through electric gates. Ample parking & lovely big terrace with outdoor table. The lane to the property is unmetaled & a farm track but it's not very far from the road so did not pose an issue for us. Property itself is lovely, well maintained & everything you could need for a holiday away. All very clean & tidy. I would highly recommend."

"This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. "An impressive modern hotel in an amazing position on South Sands, only a narrow road stands between it and an excellent beach. The views across to the far shore are truly spectacular. Access is down a very narrow road with passing places. ( typical of this part of Devon). Friendly and welcoming staff. Large and well equipped bedrooms. Beautiful coastal walks from the door. "

"The apartment is well appointed and Penny, the owner, very helpful. It has one of the best views in the building with two balconies facing the estuary and coast. The location is excellent with two hotel restaurants, a spa, coffee shop, and a short ferry ride to Salcombe nearby. A National Trust property begins next door offering plentiful footpaths along the coast or fields of wildflowers. "
