"Our family of 6 headed to Arkansas for a family float trip. We loved the location! Great proximity to food, floats, and not too far from grocery stores. I LOVE the carport! Made getting in and out less stressful when it was raining. Also keep the car cooler on those hot sunny days. I read through reviews before checking in and thought I’d clear some things up.Water pressure is awesome. Anyone who says otherwise about the pressure in this place might be used to taking a shower in front of a pressure washer or fire hose. Someone mentioned that there isn’t AC upstairs. There’s definitely central air in this unit. The air doesn’t blow out as hard in the upper level and there’s a definite temperature difference between the upstairs and downstairs but turning on the ceiling fans helps circulation quite a bit.We loved our stay. My only real complaint was that it’s listed that it sleeps 6 but the 3rd bed is a narrow futon and there’s no way two people could sleep on a futon (comfortably). I don’t believe that’s the owners fault though because I think that falls under VRBO standards. For the money, this place is perfect. I’ve paid more for lesser rentals. The owner is great with communication and ensures you have a great stay. That is hard to find sometimes."
