“We had a family funeral in Provo and this townhouse was perfect! Clean, roomy, well supplied, comfortable, our 2 daughters and their families joined us and were thrilled with everything. The bunk room was perfect for the 3 grandkids. Location was so close to groceries, we just walked. Easy access to I15, everything in good shape”

“I called VRBO and the owner on April 18th to cancel my reservation. The owner was very kind and asked if everyone was okay. I told her my sister was unable to make it. VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. This is not correct! Please check with the owner and recheck your records and you will see that I did, in fact, call and cancel on April 18th,……

“Everything was very clean and organized. Looked like a new listing with new beds, bedding and furniture. All basic needs taken care of. Didn’t get to the back yard, but the house was wonderful. Each room was roomy and clean. Check in was easy and host sends a great video explains everything . Would stay again ! Loved it!!”

“We booked this place because it was so close to UVU for our daughter’s track meet. It was perfectly located. We loved having two sitting areas and three bathrooms giving everyone plenty of space. The welcome snack basket was much appreciated after getting in on a late flight. Would absolutely recommend this place.”

“We were a group of 11 and had plenty of room! Came in to go snow skiing and house was only a quick 20 min drive to Sundance ski lodge. Brendon was very quick to answer any questions and a great host. We would definitely recommend!”

“Stayed here with three teenage girls while they were in town for a dance convention. Great location to downtown. The amenities were perfect for the amount of time we stayed. The single bathroom was a little bit tricky, which we knew it would be going in, but worked well for us. Would really appreciate more mirrors in each bedroom to help with getting ready, but other than that, everything was great.”

“The house itself was fine. It sleeps six, however they don't have items for 6 people. Only 5 bath towels, I had to go buy a towel. Didn;t have silverware for 6 people. I messaged the host about these things but no response”

We had one issue (our operator error) come up, and the owner was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!”
