Fresh fruit, yogurt, fresh baked cake, make to order eggs, cappuccino, you could press your own paninis. What more could you want. Conveniently located in the Historic Center. Walkable to many restaurants shops and cafes. Easy access to the lovely waterfront promenade. A great place to stay. Only drawback is an extremely tiny shower.」

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff at the property were very helpful. 「This is not a hotel but a room on the 2nd floor of a building. You have to be buzzed in by the owner. Building is very old. No elevator. 3 euros per person must be left in the morning. Bare necessities.」

「The owners were very sweet, my only issue was that the room was 6 or 7 floors up. I knew there was no elevator just wish I would have know that it was on the top floors due to the fact that I have major knee problems, & lugging suitcases up was not fun for my husband. However the location was great, just a walk away from the water.」

「The room was clean and centrally located. Bed was decent, shower pressure was good, and our room had a nice balcony. Host was communicative but signs to the property are very limited at the entrance. It would be easy to miss. Also, in Salerno taxis are a bit hard to come by to grab in the street but the hotel gave us the phone number and the taxi driver was very prompt to pick us up to take us to the train station. (And I know that’s not a hotel issue, but something to be aware of in general)」
