「Super easy and clean. Way way way better than a hotel. 」

「We had an outstanding stay at this hidden gem in Richfield, Utah. This historic home has been beautifully modernized while preserving its character and charm. The tasteful décor, period touches, and attention to detail made it feel both unique and incredibly comfortable. The home was absolutely immaculate and the perfect size for us retired SxS trail riders. A huge bonus was the ample parking — we easily accommodated three trucks, trailers, and side-by-sides, making it an ideal basecamp for our...

「Host is responsive, check in process was smooth, and an early check in request was kind of accommodated. However, the listing description is not accurate. For instance, while the listing is described as "private" you should expect to share the backyard with whomever resides downstairs and their dog. The downstairs tenants seem to exit through the side door into the backyard, then out a gate which raises a real risk of your own dogs...

「Air hockey and ping pong were fun with the kids」

「Our stay in the Richfield home was excellent. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the big yard and large open basement room were fantastic for the kids. The home is well located to shopping and recreation in the area. We very much enjoyed our stay there and made a lot of new family memories.」

「This is a great house that worked perfectly for our needs. We travel to Manti every year and this is the first time we decided to use a VRBO vs a hotel. It was much more convienient to stay at our house with a full kitchen, yard, extra space. ETC. We will likely book this property again!」

「Check in was slick, check out painless, and property clean. Neighbors are loud/close. The house is old, (old mattresses, squeaky doors, floors, and beds), but that is also part of the charm of staying in a historic house so we expected it.」

「great place. quiet location.」
