“For a couple who wants to beat the heat of Sacramento for a few days, the Fountain Avenue apartment can’t be beat. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and well stocked property but best of all was the fantastic location a block from Lover’s Point. My only suggestion is that a new couch is in order for the living room.”

“Our hosts were so welcoming to us! They showed us their beautiful property and made sure the pool and hot tub were open and ready to go (as we had asked to use it before our stay). Jaya gave us oranges and avocados from their trees! The directions were easy to follow on parking. Our lodging was clean, private, and had everything we needed and had a beautiful view! The pool and hot tub were perfect and we slept so well!! Thank you so much!!”

“Discrepancies between listing on VRBO and actual accommodations: refrigerator and microwave were in a common area, NOT in the room, as listed. It was difficult to find the switch for the gas fireplace which was the only heat in the room and it was very cold, window open, when we arrived late in the evening (host was notified of late arrival.) The phones in the room did not work to call the front desk; I had to use my cell phone to reach them. Also, bed was hard; I realize this is a matter of……

“Be prepared for paid parking”

“Nice family trip to the beach. The condo was spacious and the primary bedroom was fantastic. The other two bedrooms were small, but were still accommodating. The property is very well maintained. There’s paths to walk on for a nature walk and the beach has some hard sand that makes long walks on the beach very easy to do. There were 6 of us that went and there was plenty of space. Great stay!”
