- 5BR Home w/Large Back Porch Area, Steps to the Beach & Nightlife!
Coastal New England paradise awaits in our 5BR haven, just a 4 minute walk to the beach and nightlife. Enjoy our beautiful home right in the center of it all. Unwind, explore, and make memories in this perfect retreat at the ocean!
Anticipate a charming experience as you arrive. Step through the front door into a unique dining room with comfortable seating for 8. The house is air conditioned throughout ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. From the first floor, you can access the living room, complete with fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts, boasting all the essentials plus: coffee, tea, cider, hot chocolate and creamer, master bedroom and bathroom with hairdryer and rejuvenating stand-up shower. Steps further through the sliding glass door to the fenced in back porch area, with outdoor dining space for 10. Embrace this coastal haven for an extraordinary living experience.
You will have full private access to the entire home!
The most likely method of communication between us will be messages via the booking app you used, but I live & work from home about 10 minutes away from the property, so I can be available quickly should you need anything!
A great neighborhood for hitting the beach, and this home is centrally located! Walking distance to: Salisbury beach boardwalk, Cristy`s pizza, Seaglass Restaurant, Sin-a-Loa & much more!
Parking is limited in Salisbury Beach!
This listing includes only SIX free parking spaces.
Paid offsite parking (several options within an easy 5-10m walk) is generally available at the market rate.
I ask that you keep noise to a minimum, even outside of quiet hours, so that everyone may enjoy their time here. No `parties` please.
A list of other, common sense stuff:
- Try to limit the amount of beach sand tracked in
- No smoking inside please
- No more than max guests listed may stay overnight
- Additional on-site parking must be requested in advance
- Do not damage the property or it`s contents
- No illegal activity of any kind
- Notify me as soon as possible in case of emergency
- No Parties
- Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am

Graceland was amazing. It was everything and more! Lawrence was amazing and his communication was excellent. The house was clean, a one minute walk to the beach and less than a 5 min walk to the center. We had two families and it was perfect and easily could’ve had another family. Tons of beds, an amazing backyard and great commons areas. We will definitely be booking another stay as it was one of the best vacations we ever had. Thanks Lawrence!
