Wir waren leider nur 3 Tage auf der Durchreise in Vale, sind uns aber einig, zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt noch einmal wiederzukehren. Als Ausgangspunkt für viele attraktive Ziele in der Umgebung ist die Lage ideal, das nächste Mal werden wir auch das Dorf und die Umgebung erkunden. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber, in der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Möglichkeit, bei Leuten aus dem Ort Essen zu bestellen, haben wir gerne genutzt und nicht bereut, alle Absprachen, Einweisung etc. haben super geklappt. Vielen Dank.

Urlaub für Naturfreunde, Tierfreunde und solchen, für denen Menschlichkeit kein Fremdwort ist
Tief beeindruckt von der Landschaft und den Menschen in und um Vale sind wir schweren Herzens wieder nach Hause gefahren mit dem festen Vorsatz: wir kommen wieder! Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Nicu, der Verwalter oder besser gesagt, die gute Seele des Hauses, ist einer der fleißigsten und nettesten Menschen, die mir je begegnet sind. Das leckere Essen, welches Adriana auf Wunsch pünktlich ins Haus bringt, ist mit Liebe gekocht und schmeckt auch sehr gut. Die touristischen Möglichkeiten sind nahezu unbegrenzt für Leute die nicht auf Pauschal- oder All-In Urlaub stehen, sondern für Leute die Natur lieben, denen es nichts ausmacht, wenn früh der Hahn kräht oder abends die Grillen zirpen, wenn Vormittag die Kirchenglocken läuten oder der Bauer mit seinem Pferdewagen am Haus vorbeizieht. Man muss diese Möglichkeiten nur nutzen wie z.B. auf dem Bauernmarkt die köstlichen Obstsorten probieren, das herrliche pestizidfreie Gemüse kaufen, mit den Roma auch mal um ein schönes Souvenir, garantiert handgemacht zu feilschen, die wunderschönen Städte und Dörfer der Region besichtigen, in den Bergen wandern und vieles mehr. So freuen wir uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in Rumänien im nächsten Jahr, aber dann für mindestens zwei Wochen. Harald und Danuta aus Senftenberg, September 2016

Gemütliches Haus, uriges Dorf, tolle Landschaft!
Sehr gepflegte, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einem traumhaften Dorf, in welchem wirklich die Zeit stehen geblieben ist. Ein Aufenthalt für Romantiker und unkomplizierte Menschen, die die Nähe zur Natur und alles Ursprüngliche, also auch den frühmorgendlichen Hahnenschrei oder Hundegebell, lieben. Man kann in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung sehr viel besichtigen und erwandern, sollte aber für bestimmte Ziele (z.B. Brasov / Bran) an die 3 Stunden Fahrtzeit einkalkulieren. Das Badezimmer von Casa Pelu ist über eine Außentreppe zu erreichen (für uns kein Problem) und das Haus besitzt einen gemeinsamen Innenhof mit der Ferienwohnung von Casa Nicu (nette Gäste!). Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht!

Wir waren im Sommer 2016 für 14 Tagen im Casa Pelu im Hirtendorf Vale zu Gast. Das Haus ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Bei unserer Ankunft war Nicu, der Hausmeister, vor Ort, um uns alles zu zeigen. In den gesamten 2 Wochen waren er und Herr Konnerth jederzeit ansprechbar, um Fragen (englich oder deutsch) zu beantworten oder Produkte aus dem Dorf zu besorgen. Weiterhin durften den Service der Köchin sehr intensiv nutzen und haben hierdurch die einheimische Küche etwas kennen gelernt. Hierfür danke. Die Lage des Dorfes liegt strategisch sehr günstig im Herzen Siebenbürgens. Man kann ihn als gut Ausgangspunkt für diverse Erkundungen nutzen. Die Stadt Sibiu liegt ca. 25 km entfernt und war 2007 europäische Kulturhauptstadt. Neben dem Stadtzentrum sollte man sich den Astra Museumskomplex nicht entgehen lassen. Es handelt sich um das größte Freilichtnationalmuseum Rumäniens und zeigt die Urspünge der früheren Lebens- und Arbeitswelt. Trotz aller schweren Lebensbedingungen begegneten uns die dort lebenden Menschen stets herzlich und offen. Zu keiner Zeit erlebten wir Ablehnung oder hatten ein ängstliches Gefühl. Unzählige Pferderwagen, freilaufende Hunde, Katzen, Pferde, Schafe oder Kühe kreuzen nicht selten den Weg, wordurch unser Urlaub des öfteren einer Zeitreise glich, welche man sich nicht entgehen lassen sollte.

Traumhaft schoen!
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Vale, viele schoene Eindruecke, eine unvergessliche Bergtour mit einem Ochsenkarren und eine sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Freuen uns schon auf das naechste Mal!
