Perfect location and place to stay

Great hotel for large groups, the beds are so comfy, and it’s in a perfect location. Lots of parking too - we had four vans that were easily parked in the car park. Great selection of restaurants nearby.

Excellent hotel! Very friendly staff and they serve a wonderful breakfast. The hotel was very nice, clean, and well kept. I would definitely stay here again!

The view

Nice Hotel with many service, the view is gorgeous. The room and the bed is comfortable. I try the restaurant, all the food is delicious.

Good location and room, but serious security issue

I stayed here during UTMB. While the location is excellent (very close to Chamonix) and the room itself was clean and quiet, my overall experience was ruined by theft. One of the cleaning staff stole my AirPods from the room. I was only able to recover them because I tracked them down myself. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about security and trust at this hotel. A clean room and good location mean little if guests cannot feel that their belongings are safe. I cannot recommend this hotel until management takes real action to prevent this from happening again.

we got a room with blocked window. After talking to the receptionist about this, it turned out that we had been given the wrong room. As a courtesy, we did get breakfast for free. the breakfast is basic!

Sauna was advertised but did not work. Breakfast poor in options, eggs were always cold. Smell was bad in the room, coming from the bathroom. Very hot in the room, no possibility to adjust the temperature. Room very small. No fireplace in the hall. Very nice location, but could improve conditions… a lot!

The room was quite empty (not enough furniture, only 1 chair and no sofa in the family room) and with cold floor. Sauna was very cold (60 degrees) and uncomfortable (it looks like it was designed to go downstairs in bathrobes, without storage compartments for clothes, but there are no bathrobes in the rooms). During the breakfast we waited for 10 minutes for table to be cleaned. Personal didn't really care about it to make it faster.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour une nuit. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris. Les chambres sont décorées avec soin, la literie était de très bonne qualité. Environnement calme. L’hôtel dispose également d’un restaurant auberge que nous recommandons chaudement!

Hôtel très propre . Juste un petit défaut en période de grosse chaleur . Il n’y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres familiales de l’annexe . Nous avions des ventilateurs à disposition mais insuffisants . De plus nous avions des moustiques dans les chambres. . À prendre en considération pour les personnes sensibles . Mais très bonne literie . Personnel très aimable .

Bon hôtel mais un peu cher

Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très aimable. Mais la chambre avec vue sur le Mont Blanc est décevante car la vie est un peu obstruée par des pommiers qu'il faudrait tailler. Très mauvais WiFi L'hôtel a changé de nom mais ce n'est absolument pas visible en arrivant. Du coup pas trop facile à trouver

Agréable halte sur la route des stations de ski

2ème nuit dans cet hôtel où nous avions dormi lors de notre trajet aller, nous avons décidé d'y faire un nouveau stop sur le retour. Chambres confortables et modernes avec grand balcon. Piscine et sauna sont un atout supplémentaires. Nous y retournerons probablement lors d'un prochain séjour dans les Alpes.

Très bon séjour à la montagne

L’hôtel est très bien, confortable, le personnel est à l’écoute et très sympathique. Le restaurant et petit déjeuner sont bons. Là piscine est également un point fort ! Seul bémol la gestion du chauffage ou il fait très chaud dans les chambres malgré les thermostats sur 0 (gestion du chauffage commun) il faut donc dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte, dommage pour un hôtel où nous payons une taxe qui concerne l’écologie. Mise à part ce point nous recommandons sans hésiter !
