Chairs filthy marked clothes sitting out side listening to live act, bar staff rude in inside bar on arrival minimal animation activity during the day swimming pool filthy; food at night was nice charged for bottle of water at table €2.80 for small bottle a glass each don’t expect that in a 4* hotel when it’s all inclusive having to wait in a queue of 30 children wanting juice from a machine that also provides water bottle should be provided don’t like wine or beer with my food cheap no name shorts had better 3* hotels

Location was great, staff were very helpful and the hotel food was the best I’ve had. Plus plenty of sun beds around the pool. If and when I go back to Salou, I’ll be staying at this hotel. Everything about it was spot in. Great choice.

Fantastically located hotel, away from the noise n hustle of the main resort but only a 5 minute walk from it all, a fantastic beach across the road and a lovely bar with great food across the road too. Lovely pool area out front with a quieter one around the back of the hotel. Only complaint I would have is that the beds are rock hard, feel I’ll need a chiropractor when I get home and the walls are paper thin too. Had a balcony with a pool and sea view, fantastic views and sunshine. Breakfast was fine, the usual breads, eggs, pastries and fruit and the unhealthy options too. Definitely recommend for location. Bus stop outside hotel for airport access only €3.25. And you can catch the cambrills or teragonna bus too. Highly recommend teragonna…..we ate out every night, lovely seaside restaurants only a 5 min walk away.

THIS IS NOT OCEAN FRONT WHERE THE DROPPED PIN IS!

Hotel dropped pin on map is completely inaccurate, it’s an 5 minute walk from that actual location, not ocean front as located!! Only gave an additional star because they were available for late checkin as we were arriving after midnight. We were in room 030, after a shower the room flooded, not because of a leak but the shower base is higher than the floor and water just kept pouring out. Breakfast was ok nothing too special but you’ll find something. Booked a double but ended up with two twins, didn’t change as it was 1am. Our room was noisy not due to the fact it was on the pool level but because the walls and hallways in this area of the hotel. Did the job we wanted but we were away by 9am so cannot comment on facilities. Hallways and restaurant are a bit run down

Health and Safety Hazard

Planned to stay two nights, ended up having to move hotels the day after because of mold in this hotel. Rooms smell like bleach as they are defiantly trying to hide what's in the rooms. I walked into the hotel healthy woke up sick and ended up at the hospital later that day and now 6 days later I'm still trying to get over the breathing problems I got after less then 24 hours at this hotel. Please stay away until they have fully refurbished the hotel and cleaned out all the mold. The owner has a copy of my doctors report and the hotel staff was not very helpful when I came to them with my problems.

Overpriced, Basic Comfort, NOT a 4-star hotel!

This is the first time I see a hotel bed whose bed sheet does not cover the mattress cover (see picture). We reserved a room for 2 and were given a room with three beds, one of which was foldable bed. None of the beds had the quality you would expect at a 4-star hotel. We had one hand towel and one bath towel per person, period. Only hand soap and shower gel: no shampoo, no tooth paste... One of the staff members at the reception desk said she "had to work" but not with customers which left the other one alone with all the customers checking in (there was a line that could have been avoided). They requested proof of payment for the room even if the room had been pre-paid on Hotels.com. We had to email them our payment receipt! None of them spoke Catalan (the official language of the area). Our room was next to the elevators, the arcade room (which had the doors open all night) and the all-you-can-eat buffet where more than 200 teenagers between the ages of 14 and 18 were left unsupervised until later than midnight (they starting knocking on room doors just for fun), so we had to use earplugs to sleep. This hotel has MINIMUM comfort and is absolutely NOT a 4-star hotel. Thank goodness we only stayed one night, and that hotels.com gave me a discount. NEVER COMING BACK. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Not a 4 ⭐️ hotel -in need of improvements

Our stay-room with seaside view for 10 nights as a family with child, half board meals a. Check in was not at the best customer service as communication is not a skill the reception has- Wi-Fi codes were not provided, asked for booking email as they did not had it, parking not provided as it said was full at 10 am .After we had to go round the area and couldn’t find a parking spot a different receptionist said parking was available-an hour later and asked to pay €150 - €15 a night not €12 as website advised.We were told to go and eat somewhere else as we missed the dinner - until 9.30 pm. Our room was not what we were expecting, bathroom had a lot of issues- shower door not Closing, water not running down as full with dirt, toilet seat moving and dirty toilet. At the entry room door was a metal coming out - had reported it but even after 10 days nothing was done about it, we happed to hurt ourselves a few times as sharp.One of the bed was in no condition to sleep -hard and noisy with every movement.On a positive note we had the best seaside view - spectacular. Next day I had a chat with Louis the hotel manager about our 20 hours experience and he was very helpful and changed the bed and provided a receipt for the parking. The swimming pool is lovely but the sun-beds are not accessible - towels on. With the meals it’s at set times / buffet , repetitive menu, no drinks offered -extra charges. Cleaning is poor- no hovering but moping only floor. Will not return .

Je classerais cet établissement davantage dans la catégorie hôtel de vacances familiales avec animations estivales : propre, bien équipé, personnel accueillant et agréable. Dommage que les serveurs derrière les plans de cuisson semblent d'anciens employés des pompes funèbres : aucune empathie avec les clients mais ce sont les seuls. Réception, service de salle à manger, femmes de chambre tous très serviables et attentionnés. Si vous n'avez pas l'intention de dormir avant 23 heures, établissement recommandé.

Très décevant

Séjour convenable, j’avais réservé une chambre pour deux adultes et deux enfants et quand nous nous sommes arrivés j’ai eu la belle surprise comme annonce que mes enfants n’étaient pas des bébés de moins de un an, ce que je savais déjà et il a fallu que je paye 618 € de plus alors que j’avais réservé pour des enfants. On nous annonce que là-bas, ils parlent français, alors que je pense que moi qui connais rien en espagnol, parle mieux espagnol, que eux parle français, l’hôtel pour un quatre-étoiles est vachement décevant. La propreté est au revoir les ascenseurs marche une fois sur deux, le buffet n’est pas mal. En revanche je n’y retournerai pas.

Hemos pasado el fin de semana muy bien. El personal del mostrador, muy amables. El desayuno tipo bufé, muy variado y completo, las piscinas muy bien, limpieza bien, la habitación bien tb, y lo único es que si que se nota que tiene mucho movimiento. Zona difícil de aparcar.

Muito bom porém meio Barulhento.

Lugar é bonito, arrumado e bem próximo à praia. O problema é o barulho dos outros hóspedes, as 2h da manhã e estavam numa gritaria. Recebem muitos adolescentes e que faziam muita bagunça na madrugada além de jogar as coisas pelo chão do hotel. Localização: Ótima! Checkin e Checkout : Simples e Rápido! Serviço de Quarto : Ótimo ! Café da manhã : poucas coisas para paladar brasileiro, porém tem algumas opções. Descanso: muito barulho, muita gritaria, achei silencioso apenas nos dias de segunda a quarta, quinta a domingo foi farra dos adolescentes.

Buen servicio aunque instalaciones mejorables

La atención ha sido siempre buena, en recepción, en el restaurante... Las camas son bastante incómodas, éramos una familia y no había una cama para pareja, eran 4 camas individuales y de distintos tamaños con colchones bastante incómodos. La playa que queda caminando está cubierta por sombra así que no es como para tomar el sol. La comida del desayuno es aceptable, la de la comida bastante mejor y más completa.

Hôtel très bien situé face à la mer et près des commerces et animations (discothèque) pour les jeunes. Une fois arrivée plus besoin du véhicule. Plage très agréable. Chambre assez sympa. Dommage cette pente pour repartir a l'hôtel et seulement 2 ascenseurs c'est un peu juste pour l'ensemble hôtelier. Buffet du soir bon. Lit fait tout les jours. Nous sommes contents de nos 10 jours au sein de cet hôtel
