Good for the cheap price. Room is average, has all that it needs, even a fridge which you usually don’t get. Breakfast was ok, had a good selection of cakes and pastries, fridge full of yoghurts and usual Scrambled egg, bacon and beans. No one at the pool due to it being so cold as in shaded area, entertainment was in resort 1 although we didn’t stick around hotel due to many things planned during our stay. It’s in a good area, not too long of a walk to the beach, many restaurants nearby. You have a choice for main beach or there’s a small beach if you go to the left, it all links up and a nice walk. Would definitely go here again for a cheap stay

Air conditioning is very outdated and dusty leaving a strong smell in the room. The breakfast was pretty bad and barely edible in fairness. The only safe options are what were not cooked directly by staff. The hotel strength is its location and proximity to beach, center and transportation to portaventura Park. Correct place to stay but I cannot imagine having all inclusive there it would be painful.

The hotel is situated in a great area, local to shops and beach, the staff at this hotel who work in the restaurant area are rude af The food options was ok, but the staff who serve it was so rude, and they make you pay for water out the water machine I went half board and I get that I'd have to pay for fizzy drinks and alcohol etc but water The pool area is small and situated between 2 hotel blocks so doesn't always get good sun, it was bearable if you knew the good spots where to pitch your sun lounger for the day

No working jacuzzi No spa No free tap water with dinner Rooms are acceptable but not spotless, thick dusty tops. Toilet has skid marks in bowl and on seat Bath had several hairs Shower water was temperamental in the mornings when other guests flush their toilets. The bathroom extractor fan was not working properly, other rooms’ toilet odours made their way through the vent and poisoned the air.

Muy masificado y caótica sin control.El aparcamiento es penoso y el hotel te cobra si quieres parking 12€ por día y obligatorio para toda la estancia las tarjetas no funcionan para entrar o salir del parking y el timbre para que te habrán no está disponible la mayoría de las veces. Nos hemos visto atrapados entre puertas durante minutos sin que las supuestas cámaras de seguridad las miraran para ver que pasaba. Los ascensores averiados durante varios días . El supuesto spa es de pago cuando se ofrece como servicio del hotel. Y para colmo tardaron 24 en darse cuenta de que la habitación que ocupaba no era la que me correspondía. PENOSO

Demasiado caro para lo que es, y más fuera de temporada. 64€ una noche en una cama que los muelles se te clavaban en las costillas,las almohadas y paredes parecían papel, se escuchaban las otras habitaciones. La limpieza no es buena, sábanas manchadas y piso sucio. De cortesía nada, ni un cepillo de dientes.

Superbe hôtel ! Très bonne situation géographique, implanté comme dans un « mini quartier » avec tout à portée de main. Petit déjeuner buffet inclus dans le prix est un plus. Wifi gratuit.
