The GINETT DUPLEX apartments are located on the second line from the sea and consist of two floors, ideal for your beach holidays. The apartment is air-conditioned and has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a lovely terrace with sea views, one with a single bed and a desk, and one with a bunk bed and a bright window. It also features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and satellite TV, and access to a terrace with wonderful sea views.

Nearby, you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops, and much more.

Parking is shared, meaning there are no assigned spaces.

Cap Salou on the Costa Dorada is a peaceful spot nestled between the charming town of La Pineda and the lively city of Salou, and belongs to the municipality of Salou.It offers the perfect balance for your holidays, especially if you have a family with children and are looking for a break from work and the hustle and bustle of the city without sacrificing fun. Cap Salou, right next to La Pineda, won't disappoint, as it has plenty to offer in the summer.

Undoubtedly, La Pineda's main attraction is its large sandy beach, which makes it particularly popular with families, though not exclusively.

In La Pineda, you can find the Aquopolis water park (a water park with giant slides, pools, marine life shows, and restaurants). The Lumine Beach Club is also nearby. The complex boasts a particularly beautiful location, just steps from the sea, with several pools to enjoy, a wide range of dining options, and a golf course.

No pets allowed.

1. We are available for any questions to ensure you have a pleasant stay.2. The apartment is rented with sheets and towels included for your comfort.

3. Check-in is from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key collection from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM).

Check-in time: from 2:30 PM (if there are any guests checking out that day; otherwise, check-in is from 11:00 AM). Check-in before 5:00 PM may incur an additional charge.

Check-out time: no later than 11:00 AM.

4. Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it upon departure. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy, and guests may not leave trash in the apartment.

5. Please respect the community rules and neighbors.

6. Guests must present identification and sign the contract.

7. The security deposit will be processed by Apartbeach via pre-authorization of your card.

8. The tourist tax will be processed by ApartBeach and must be paid upon arrival at the apartment.
