  • Fantastic 2-bedroom apartment, located on the beachfront of Capellans beach, with stunning sea views. It's perfect for your family beach holidays :)



    UHC SCALA MAR Apartments are one of the main references in holiday rentals in Salou and the Costa Dorada. They have been awarded the Booking.com Traveller Review Awards 2024 for their quality and the excellent ratings from our guests. We have several accommodations in the same building, perfect for families who want to travel together but each with their own accommodation.



    LAYOUT:

    The best part of the apartment is the TERRACE, with a perfect orientation to enjoy the most SPECTACULAR sunrise you've ever seen. Furthermore, it is renovated and well furnished. It consists of:

    - Living-dining room with sofa bed

    - Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher.

    - Master bedroom with double bed. Also with sea views.

    - Second bedroom with 2 single beds.

    - Bathroom with shower.



    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

    - Air conditioning throughout the apartment.

    - Group bookings are not accepted.

    - WIFI included during your stay.

    - Ideal for staying with children.

    - Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

    - As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

Une vue magnifique et ressourçante

Un agréable moment. En dehors des parcs d’attraction connus de tous, manque d’activité pour un ado seul. Pour les parents, un moment reposant. Salou sans ses désagréments.

terrasse incroyable

L'appartement est propre et très bien situé à côté de la mer. La mer est magnifique, n'oubliez pas votre masque et votre tuba. Ascenseur et douche en bas de l'immeuble. Par conte pour un séjour en famille la ville de Salou n'est pas idéale, trop de monde, trop de bruit. Préférez Cambryls qui est juste à côté et beaucoup plus paisible. Nous sommes néanmoins ravis du séjour, nous avons découvert une magnifique région (Tarragone, Barcelone sont magnifiques)

Excellent Location

Location and size of Terrace was fantastic Check in ....very slow process, I did check in on line , there was a desk at office for speedy already checked in online, but was told I had to wait ....35mins ....!! Not good

Excellent logement excellente emplacement dommage qu'il y ait trop de bus qui passent au pied de l'immeuble mais c'est une ville touristique,. Wifi très peu performant avec le routeur. Bonjour David, Merci pour votre excellente évaluation et pour partager vos impressions avec nous. Nous sommes ravis de savoir que vous avez trouvé le logement et l'emplacement excellents. Nous comprenons que le passage fréquent des bus puisse être dérangeant, mais comme vous l'avez mentionné, il s'agit d'une ville touristique.
