The living/dining room is equipped with a digital TV and air conditioning, leading out to a balcony. One bedroom has 2 beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, accompanied by a fan. The other bedroom also has 2 beds, slightly smaller at 80 cm wide and 200 cm long, with air conditioning.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the Dolce Gusto coffee machine are provided as an extra. A boiler with a capacity of 50 liters is also available.
