「Très bon hotel tout est propre et il est assez bien situé」

「The hotel was very clean and rooms were lovely. Breakfast was excellent also. The partial sea view really is ‘partial’ which was a little disappointing but otherwise the hotel is excellent.」

「We stayed at Ona Suites for 9 nights in a one bed apartment. Apartment was exactly what we needed with clean decent size rooms, a good kitchenette and a massive balcony. We didn't cook anything as mainly had dinner out or got uber eats delivery but it was useful for breakfast and some lunches when we were still on property. Pool is nice but the sun lounger setup is a bit weird at first as most people are just lying on their towels on the hard ground. Discovered it was only €1.50 a day...

「Lovely apartment with comfy beds. I asked for a high floor room and got one at the top with good views inland. Good size balcony. The swimming pool is open but only after 10 am. Across the road are bus stops and an excellent information bus hub. [Ask about a bus to the airports.] This is a quieter, greener end of Salou so you may be using local buses a lot. I recommend walking the coast path and visiting all the little local beaches. [Warning. The nearest beaches are one heck of a climb.]...

「Room was cleaned daily. Good ocean view. Staff not nice looked like they didn't want to be there. Not all but most. Food in the buffet was terrible, cold ,dryed out. Didn't look safe to eat. I did let the front desk know. We only had breakfast there once, the other 6 days we eat outside.」

「El apartamento estaba limpio, cómodo y en muy buen estado. La estancia fue buena, pero el check-in fue un desastre. Tardaron mucho en responder los correos, casi nunca contestaban el teléfono y las instrucciones de la caja de llaves eran muy confusas. Hay varias en el mismo sitio y solo indican que busques “la negra”. Si tienes suerte, el personal de seguridad puede ayudarte; en mi caso no fue así. Dejo este comentario porque, con todo el lío del check-in, pensé que el apartamento también...

「Clean room, lots of space, very helpful staff」

「Le parking était Ferme. Donc obligation de se garer dans la rue.il n’y avait pas de chauffage, mais nous avons pu avoir des couvertures supplémentaires」

「The room was pretty dated, hard bed,no working air-conditioning, €20 for a kettle of the room, balcony railing was questionable whether it was going to fall off or not, and their hero pictures of a nice spa is actually next door what has got nothing to do without the hotel. And this is meant to be a 4 star hotel. 」

「Disappointed with the opening/closing timing of the gym (10am-6pm) which was not fornitured enough and not air conditioning “they said it was broken”. Disappointed with the breakfast time frame. From 8am until 10am, to short. Check out 10am, a bit to early, with no option of extending it, not even an hour ( we offered to pay) Hard to comunicate with staff. Very basic English」
