「Quick check in. Adequate rooms cleaned daily. Busy at breakfast as it is a big family hotel. Reasonable bar prices.」

「Prima hotel voor de prijs. Eten was goed. Kamer ok.

「Clean and decent sized room . Nice staff and drinks」

「The rooms were large with a nice view. The hotel had a lot to offer. The pool was warm yet refreshing. Too bad it couldn’t stay open a bit later though, it was still light out until 9pm but the pool closed at 8pm. The only downfall was the communication with the front desk staff during check in regarding the passes to the Port Aventura Park. Very disappointed that they didn’t explain this better. They were rushed to get us through the line so there was no/little communication.」

「The staffs at the front desk were professional and kind who gave me a good impression. Although the equipment was old in my room, I could find various house tools. There was no WIFI signal in the room. If you need the internet, go to the lobby. The location is nice. PortAventura and the beach are within the 10-minute walk distance. In general, it's a budget choice for 3-5 people.」

「When we arrived the staff at the reception were moody and reluctant when checking us in. We asked for access to the safe upon arrival, the man on the front desk said they would be right up to open it for us, we were waiting for over an hour. When we got to our room the was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom that had taken over the whole room. On our first night there, there was a strange man waiting outside our corridor offering prostitution, which was concerning. When it came to checking out...

「We stayed at Ona Suites for 9 nights in a one bed apartment. Apartment was exactly what we needed with clean decent size rooms, a good kitchenette and a massive balcony. We didn't cook anything as mainly had dinner out or got uber eats delivery but it was useful for breakfast and some lunches when we were still on property. Pool is nice but the sun lounger setup is a bit weird at first as most people are just lying on their towels on the hard ground. Discovered it was only €1.50 a day...

「the hotel is lack of information of everything. I been asking them about taxi or how to book one, but they just ignore and don't give me what is good place to go or direction.」

「The hotel was rated as a 3 star+ but I would rate just a 3 star. The rooms where quite tired and needed updating. Edging chipped, very basic metal frame beds, lampshades tired and dirty. The maid service daily were good. Pool area needed a jet wash and the pool was very cloudy and murky. The sunbeds were generally saved nd taken by 10am but had spare sunbeds to put out but not much space left though the upper terrace was nice spacious and relaxing with shade if needed. Nice view of the sea...

「Petit déjeuner correct bon personnel bien situé」
