The practical and functional apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, and is equipped with air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room. There is a fan in the second bedroom. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals to enjoy on the terrace. - Not accessible for wheelchair users. There are three steps to access the building.
- No group bookings. Families only.
- Optional parking with a surcharge and subject to request and availability. Suitable only for cars, large vehicles do not fit. Book in advance, as parking is not usually available on nearby streets.
- No pets allowed.
- WIFI included during your stay.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.
- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process. Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
