This bungalow is nestled in the heart of Wasatch Hallow Salt Lake City. 30 min from Park City, Snowbird, and other world-class skiing, 5 min to the U and University Hospital, 2 min to the University of Westminster. Can’t beat the location. The home has been newly remodeled, with all new appliances, and decorated with all-new furnishings and West Elm bedding. It has 2 living rooms one upstairs and one downstairs, and king beds in two of the bedrooms. The great neighborhood is walkable to restaurants, a grocery store, a bakery, coffee, ice cream, gift, a wonderful bookstore and more..

Great spot!

Ideally located. Comfortable beds, living space and well appointed kitchen. We loved being able to walk to the bakery, grocery, and restaurants. We struggled getting the house to warm up even with the thermostat set higher than normal for us. We just put in extra layers. Also note the outdoor furniture is put away in the winter so we did not use the fire pit. The owner gave us permission to pull til the furniture out if we put it back but it was more hassle than we wanted. We would definitely go back!

A great stay, even for work!

My colleagues and I were in town for a work trip and stayed at this beautiful home. It was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable- we each had enough space to be independent, and the common spaces were comfortable too. The neighborhood is cute and walkable, and close to everything we needed. The homeowner was easy to communicate with and we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay in Salt Lake City

We needed to find housing that would be convenient to the University of Utah hospital for a family members surgery. The house and the host surpassed our expectations!! The property has been co maple Telly remodeled and updated. Just don’t be very tall if you use the basement shower.

Great location and house

Wonderfully charming house in a great location. Well-appointed kitchen and super outside area for relaxing. The house was immaculate and had plenty of everything. Our hostess was very helpful and great to work with. Would definitely book again when back in SLC.

Cozy and Cute

This property is part of an adorable neighborhood full of beautiful renovated 100 yo homes. The market and cafe two blocks away were absolutely wonderful. The house has some old home quirks like narrow steep stairs to the basement but the house is so cozy and clean you feel right at home. The beds were dreamy comfortable and we had no issues. We enjoyed our stay.
