Beautiful Tudor on Yalecrest, Hot Tub, University

This beautiful Tudor will provide you and your guests with everything necessary for your stay in Salt Lake City. The house is equipped with a hot tub, fenced in yard, fully equipped kitchen, free parking for (3) vehicles, two (2) king sized beds, two (2) queen sized beds, two (2) twin sized beds, and two (2) pull-out couches.

The house is located by the University by the corner of 13th east and 13th south. Quick access to Sugarhouse, Downtown, University, Airport, and Ski Resorts

This upper east side tudor home contains new contemporary comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, fiber internet, comfortable large beds,and a hot tub for you and/or your partys' use.

This beautiful home comes with a fully equiped kitchen to host dinners and events for your party.

This beautiful also provides for outdoor dining with patio furniture to enjoy beautiful afternoons and evenings during the temperate months.

Kitchen amenities include: Coffee pots, Pots and Pans, Propane fired grill, Juicer, Blender, Capuchino machine, Full dinner set, Wine glasses & aerator, pizza cutters & pans, and more.

The house is infant friendly as a Pack-and-Play is provided for your use.

The house is provided with a large dog kennel for your four legged family member.

All living rooms contain comfortable sofas, and comfortable pillows/blankets so that you may enjoy and relax after a days' worth of activities.

A comfortable hot tub is also provided in the back yard for your use. After a days worth of activities the hot tub is intended for you to utilize to relax and enjoy the unique salt lake valley evenings.

Four workstations are provided for your utilization. CenturyLink 1Gbps fiber internet is provided.

Guests will have access to the entire house and the private fenced in back-yard. A detached garage is on property, but will not be accessible.

The house is located on the 13th and 13th corner and has great accessibility to all Salt Lake City attractions as well as quick access to the major ski resorts!

* Rice Eccles stadium/University of Utah - 5 minute drive
* Downtown restaurants, bars, and activities - 10 minute drive

* Major Ski Resorts - 40 minute drive
* Park City - 40 minute drive

Free parking is provided for up to three vehicles on the property. Additionally; free parking is available on the street on a first come basis.

Several restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance of the residence.

There is a bus stop within a 5 minute walk, UTA bus route 231

For longer stays, cleaning services are available at $250 to clean the entire house.

The hot tub and grill are cleaned between reservations. Should you require additional cleaning services during your stay; please reach out and we would happy to provide this service for $75 each call out.
1. All guests are expected to be respectful of the property here-in as well as the neighborhood where we reside. Please observe quiet hours from 11 PM until 8 AM, All days of the week and all holidays of the year.
2. The house and all furnishings will be utilized in a manner consistent with the purpose for which they are designed
3. Guest agrees to not utilize this property for any commercial or illegal activity. Illegal drug use will be grounds for immediate expulsion of the property. Allowances allowed for certain commercial video events, please inquire.
4. All guests are expected to maintain the property in a clean and habitable manner.
5. Uncovered parking is provided for three vehicles in the driveway; the detached garage is not available to the guests. Free parking is also available on the street.
6. Fireplaces are non-functional; please DO NOT USE the fireplaces.
7. Late check-outs and early check-ins are available please inquire as soon as possible. If a guest is late checking out without notice; a $150/hour fee will be assessed.
8. Hot tub + Yard cleaning is performed on every turn-over; should additional cleaning services be required during the week; this can be made available for $75 each serivce call.
9. Trash pick-up is performed every Monday.
10. For longer stays, cleaning services are available at $299 to clean the entire house.
