Check in was fine, it was hard to hear the desk staff. You park in the back and the door opens to split floors. The elevator you have to go up or down the first set of floors, so be prepared for that. I believe there is two parking areas, an above ground and possibly below ground. Bed was a bit bouncy, pillows softer and thicker. AC unit wasn't the best ( I prefer them loud for the noise) but it worked. Microwave and Fridge! I didn't hear too much of the other rooms nor the elevator I was across the hall from. Bathroom door repaired weirdly and the door you kinda have to push in and pull hard to open and close. Water tastes like chlorine. Didn't try the breakfast, almost no room for the breakfast. Two tables and a small section for it. On our last day we left for a concert, came back and the tub had a bit of brown water in it. We never messed with the tub and nothing else in the room was disturbed. So unsure where that came from.

We checked into the hotel in the early evening. We were surprised when the receptionist told us that they didn't have a room available for us! What she meant was they didn't have any rooms with a King Size bed but could put us in a room with 2 double beds. We thought it was too late to look for another location so we agreed with the 2 double beds. Then when we got to the room, our TV did not have a remote in the room. They sent someone up to help us, however the remote he had was unable to control all of the functions. He came back the next morning with a remote that worked. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate a couple of times at the continental breakfast. It was not very well supplied. Only had yogurts, different kinds of bread for toast, and a waffle maker. No eggs or sausage or much of anything else. One of the 4 selections on the juice machine was not working and then it ran out of orange juice one morning.

Beds were comfortable, but the room with the king sized bed was crowded. Breakfast had cereal and waffles and not much else. Coffee was not good. It’s alright for the price.

to start the key would scan green on the door but then the lock wouldn’t turn. we had to go downstairs 3 times only for it to unlock while the manager was standing there watching. once inside the gap under the door was CRAZY. I could hear every noise outside the door. Hotel smelt like someone was smoking in it. The echo in the bathroom should be illegal, i’m pretty sure they could hear everything from the hallway. We didn’t even stay the night there, had to cut the stay short and leave at like 3 am.

Cleanliness was not great. Also stayed there five nights never did I receive fresh towels or have my bed made up. The staff was still great though. I didn’t realize though how unsafe the area was but that’s not the Motels fault. The free breakfast was great. The way the Handicapped parking is setup is also great.

Staff was pleasant. Room had sticky surfaces that had obviously not been cleaned or even wiped off. Room had not been updated in decades. Bathroom was small with a tub that did not look clean. Sink was slow to drain, and by the last day it took over an hour to drain. Furnishings and carpet, as well as the amenities, were old and outdated. The appearance of the entire building was old and poorly kept. Needs some updating to bring it into the current century. This hotel did not meet our expectations for a Quality Inn.

While the desk person was so kind, this hotel was dilapidated and disgusting. I actually ended up staying at another hotel right after I walked down the hallway to the open laundry room and into an elevator with crooked buttons. The room was not even one star. Couldn't do it.

Maybe they have had too many problems in the past but lots of restrictions. I had a room right next to the front desk and could hear them talking all night. Room was a room.. nothing special but needs updating. I should have spent a few extra $'s. Breakfast consisted of bread products- thats all.
