「No one ever answered the phone!! Expedia did NOT pass on my contact info so they could call me to tell me we couldn’t check in because their employee didn’t show up!! The mansion was beautiful but in need of serious upkeep and repairs on the exterior. Very little to no staff on the property. The ice machine was empty or broken. The breakfast was disappointing. The smoke detector was from the 80’s. No soap in the shower/bath dispenser. Maybe if you go on a weekend you’ll get some service,...

「Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.」
