We received amazing hospitality and personalized attention at this stunning property. The staff welcomed us for a very late check in and made it possible for us have a lovely dinner after the kitchen had closed. The proximity to the airport was also very convenient for us. Highly recommend.

Our 6-day stay at House of Jasmines was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and communicative (English or Spanish). Transportation was always ready for us when we ordered it. The accommodations and location were stunning. The hotel is a ranch converted to beautiful and peaceful resort accommodations. Quiet, stunning scenery, clean, well-maintained, and spacious - we stayed in a suite. The food was delicious - breakfast included - lunch, snack, and dinner offerings provided the rest of the day. The steak is incredible! We took advantage of the spa one afternoon and had a hot stone massage which was very relaxing. Some of the other activities/amenities available include horseback riding, bicycles, heated pool, and outdoor lounge areas scattered throughout the property. Such a relaxing place and if we ever have the opportunity for another visit, we would love to go back and arrange our schedule so we can take more advantage of the offerings of the resort. Thank you for an excellent visit!

A rip off from a value to price experience. Not worth it. Lots of lovely small places in this country...below par for a luxury retreat and Relais & Châteaux property.

Geweldige plek buiten stad voor 1 of 2 dagen relaxen. Spa aanwezig. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Prima keuken.

I was disappointed by the management. We provided food restrictions at check in and in my Relais & Châteaux profile. The hotel flagrantly ignored them. When I brought this and other observations up, the manager approached us to ask for 5 minutes. He argued non-stop and blamed part-time staff for the oversights. Talk about throwing your staff under a bus when it's really about management training people and establishing standards. I walked out of that conversation because he just deflected everything and I wasn't going to waste my time on someone who clearly is not suited to this type of establishment.
