Overall good trip
We enjoyed our stay. The condo itself was nice and represented appropriately online. However, there are a few opportunities for the realty company to improve.
1) pest control came during the middle of our stay for a monthly treatment...we have a son with serious allergies and we were not warned about this. The property representative said the realty company was supposed to inform us.
2) water in master bath shower was scalding hot and would only cool enough for us barely stand the water when the pressure was turned down
3) dining room chair was broken so we set it aside to prevent anyone from sitting in it
4) cleaning was not great - shoes stuck to the floor and we found a bag of rotten potatoes (due to the smell) behind the dryer.
We don't expect perfection but we do expect cleanliness for the kind of money we paid.
