“We’ve stayed here for one night. The receptionist is quite friendly, small terrace water front view is good however there are lots of fly at front door of room. It’s scary as we need to open/close door quickly, otherwise the fly will run into room. When I talked with the female receptionist, she said they also feel weird but nothing there to attract fly though. All we can do is using the mosquito racket to catch fly…. And if you have heavier luggage, no elevator only stairs. Besides there are……

“I had a beautiful ocean view from my room. The hotel is a little older, but has clearly been upgraded. Clean, comfortable and the lady working the front desk was just the best.”

“Very difficult access to the room. There was no room number on the room door. We found a used bandage at the foot of the bed which was unsanitary and unsettling for us to have our toddler playing in the room. Toilet was not bolted down properly and would rock back and forth. Nowhere to hang a towel near the shower. Cleaning staff did not provide toilet paper after it was specifically requested. Staff did not provide a crib despite calling in advance AND two friendly reminders after arrival. It……

“We did not use any services. The booking on line led to many problems . I thought the sight offered a King bed or two Queens. I Chose the King bed but denied the offer of two Queen beds. The original room was about a 5 min. Walk to the end of the second floor. I phoned and complained and they very kindly gave us a similar room closer to the elevator. We did not get a King bed as advertised and there was a Large addtional charge for our room at time of payment on line. We might have saved a……

“The staff was great! They have been very accommodating about me having my 81-year-old dad over for visits. He uses a walker, and we were given a level-entry room with a great view of the ocean! I've been coming back to this place for a year now. They have a BBQ for the guests!”
