Masters

We were a group of 6 men who travelled from this quiet property to the masters. After a long day walking it was so relaxing to come back to this quiet serene property. We had plenty of room with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again if in the area. Awesome home.

Great spot to get away with family!

The lake and all of the boats and kayaks made for a fun weekend at Lake Murray. There is a ton of room in the house to spread out and it has all of the amenities: books, games & multiple TVs so no one feels stuck in one spot. If you a looking for a quiet place to get away, reconnect with nature, drop your fishing pole in the water - then you have found the ideal spot!

Lakeside retreat

Lovely lakeside home; large and well provisioned. The only suggestion would be cutting the grass, but that did not really bother the stay.

Buyer Beware

Run down and neglected neighborhood. Pictures are all misleading. Pulling into the neighborhood there were pit bulls off leash wandering and neighbors staring at us. Can't see the lake at all from the property, it is not water front in any sense. The fenced in yard is tiny and there was trash in the yard.We left and booked a hotel. If I could give this property negative stars I would.The only nice thing I can say about this one is that the interior of the house was clean. Whoever posted the other reviews of this place must be shills.

Huge space on the lake.

We loves the fenced yard for the dog and the kayaks included with the house. The size of the house gave everyone their own space. Gas stove was easy to use. The negatives were that the outside space was covered in webs and there were dead bugs in bathroom making me think not very good cleaning staff. And the kitchen could use some extra pots and pans.

Wonderful get away

Beautifully appointed home with great attention to detail. Cabinets and drawers in kitchen are thoughtfully labeled, there’s an “emergency closet” with extra batteries, flashlights and a weather radio which came in handy as we lost electricity our last night. The lending library was also a great touch and I was able to read some books that have been on my list for years. We were on the water most days and the dock made it great to easily tie up the kayaks when we needed to. The hot water heater needed replaced during our first 3 days at the location, internet was lost several times with the last day of our stay being off from about 6 pm the night before and did not return before we checked out that morning. None of these things were the fault of the hosts and once we reported the hot water heater, the repairmen were there within 24 hours. Would totally stay at this location again..now if you could just do something about the darn fish not wanting to bite, that would be fantastic.
