The bathroom offers a hair dryer and hot water shower. The bedroom includes air conditioning, hangers, a single bed, and blackout curtains.
During the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and therefore not available to guests. This is due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment, but it may also be closed on other days for maintenance by the condominium management.
