Large apartment with two bedrooms in the heart of Ondina, close to the Carnival circuit, Ufba and 10 minutes from the zoo. It has a full kitchen with laundry area and washing machine. air-conditioned property with split air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. With smart TV, high-speed WI-FI and two bathrooms.

The building has 2 elevators for different blocks:
ENTERING THROUGH THE GARAGE: the guest can access the elevator that is close to the apartment space

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
- We provide guests with an allowance of 15kWh of energy per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Tariff of R$1.20 per kWh.
