My 4-night stay at this hotel was different. When I scheduled my stay I didn't know that the only leisure option the pool closes at 7pm. Beach was my first choice to stay at this hotel but unfortunately the beach is simply impossible to take a shower. Full of stones and farofeiros and not talking about the danger. I will share with you some photographs of the reality of this hotel. Honestly, for the daily rate, it's simply not worth it. Other guests were also super insecure and dissatisfied with the hotel!

Staff was very attentive to when things close. Pay attention to closing times, and give the staff an hour prior if you want service. If the kitchen closes at 8pm, it means they go home at 8pm whether they clean uo or not. As a chef, I would be scared to see the kitchen in the morning

All the staff members were adorable and efficient, except for one older guy (night shift) who kept talking about politics and criticising the hotel, the area and the country at large. He was very negative and a terrible first impression, as we checked-in late and had to listen to his personal (unfairly) negative views about Brazil. I would recommend that he keep his personal politics outside work, especially as he doesn’t know what the guests’ politics are.

O hotel tem estrutura muito antiga. O quarto em que fiquei tinha um cheiro insuportável de mofo, que me causou uma crise de alergia. Pedi a troca porque era inviável continuar ali, e o novo quarto era só um pouco melhor — ainda desconfortável, sem segurança e sem privacidade. Durante toda a hospedagem, não havia cobertor disponível, apenas um lençol fino. O café da manhã é fraco, com poucas opções e sem nenhum sabor. O cardápio de almoço e jantar também deixa muito a desejar: pouca variedade, qualidade duvidosa e preços que não condizem com o que é servido. Chovia bastante durante a estadia, então sair para comer era difícil — e, como não há bons restaurantes por perto, o jeito era encarar a comida ruim do hotel ou pedir algo igualmente fraco pelo iFood. A localização é outro problema: o hotel fica em um bairro perigoso de Salvador, e muitos motoristas de app evitam embarcar e/ou desembarcar na rua do hotel. A piscina tinha um cheiro fortíssimo de cloro e estava suja, com limo nas bordas. Pedi um chopp e recebi uma bebida quente num copo de plástico quebrado — mais parecia chá de cevada. Pedi para trocar por uma cerveja e, mesmo assim, veio quente. O atendimento foi o pior de tudo: fomos tratados com desdém desde o início, sem boa vontade ou qualquer esforço para resolver os problemas apontados. Pela primeira vez, fui embora de um hotel antes do check-out. Não recomendo. Já estive em lugares com metade do preço que entregaram uma experiência mil vezes melhor.

A hospedagem não foi ruim, fiquei no período do carnaval e consegui descansar e curtir bem os trios. Mas notei que ao limparem o quarto, não recolheram o lixo que fica abaixo da mesa disponível, arrumação de fachada. O atendimento em geral dos funcionários é bem mediano (não são grossos mas também não são tão cordiais). A piscina é ótima! O restaurante é bem ruim e caro! A comida mal tinha sabor, nos outros dias optei por pedir ifood e foi muito melhor! Me serviram um frango cru, SUPER demorado pra chegar (prontamente trocaram mas a primeira experiência é a que vale). O café da manhã bem simples e com muitas opções aleatórias de salgados secos massudos. Não foi uma hospedagem ruim, mas pelo tamanho e beleza do hotel, poderia ser MUITO melhor.

Pelo os comentários que li aqui achei que o hotel seria horrível, mas me surpreendi. Sim as acomodações são antigas, mas estava tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A parte da piscina di hotel é lindíssima, eu amei. O café da manhã podia ser melhor mas dá pra pedir tapioca e omelete. A praia em frente ao hotel não é muito bonita por ter os pescadores por ali, mas o farol é um charme e está pertinho. No geral gostei bastante e voltaria.

Muy caro para las instalaciones y servicio

El hotel tiene potencial pero no lo han sabido explotar: 1. El bar de la piscina cerrado 2. La salida a la playa desde el hotel está llena de ventas ambulantes y suciedad 3. Las habitaciones tienen los muebles (incluyendo la cama) manchados 4. Siempre pagar con tarjeta en el bar restaurante porque al pagar en efectivo te responden: “no tenemos cambio” procurando así la propina; nosotros pagamos en efectivo con billetes pequeños y media hora después al pagar otra cena nos dijeron igual: “no tenemos cambio” con una sonrisa del mesero, siendo que no había nadie más en el restaurante 5. El lavatorio y baño no cuenta con tapones en los desagües provocando malos olores 6. Nuestra habitación tenía humedad en el cielorraso 7. Buen desayuno
