Parking is ROTARY. This means that it is possible to use up to 1 (one) parking space if it is available (there are enough spaces, it is hardly crowded. There are also vacancies on the street in front of the Flat and on the street next door).

Laundry service available to be used and paid for by the guest only if you wish, separately. Lobby with internal lobby with ample living space, books to borrow and television.

Close to Porto da Barra beach, Farol da Barra, Cristo, Barravento, with restaurants, ice cream parlors, snack bars, bars and shops nearby, close to banks and Shopping Barra.

For carnival season, the flat is inside the circuit, with trios passing in front. Outside the carnival the place is highly well located and calm, very well policed.

Noble area of Salvador, very well policed, excellent for beach, walking and exercise, even at night on the shared floor boardwalk!
