Maria nos recebeu muito bem, nos deu todas as dicas e fomos até a feira onde ela vende deliciosos queijos e salames. A casa tem uma vista linda, muito confortável, com ar condicionado e todo o necessário para uma ótima estadia. Em uma caminhada se chega a uma linda praia. Gostamos muito!

Dieses Ferienhaus ist absolut genial. Ich habe Erfahrung mit vielen Ferienhäusern, aber eines wie dieses habe ich noch nie gefunden. Ich habe ein Haus gefunden, in dem absolut alles vorhanden ist, was man braucht, vom gesamten Besteck und Geschirr und alles was man für die Haushaltsführung braucht, bis zu Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Kaffeemaschine, Klimaanlage, Grill und vielem mehr. Tadellose Sauberkeit und ein wunderschöner Garten. Schon von weitem sieht man, dass der Eigentümer sich um jedes kleinste Detail kümmert. Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, fernab vom Autoslärm oder anderen Touristen, und ist daher ein ausgezeichneter Ort zum Entspannen. Der nur wenige Gehminuten entfernte Strand ist ausgezeichnet mit kristallklarem Meer und feinem Sand. Unsere Gastgeberin Maria, eine sehr gesprächige und höfliche Frau. Absolut alles, was wir gebraucht haben, wurde auf diese Weise erledigt und sie war immer bereit, uns bei allem zu helfen. Man sieht, dass sie alles mit Liebe und höchster Professionalität macht. Es gab wirklich nichts zu meckern. Nochmals vielen Dank, Maria. Wir werden auf jeden Fall in naher Zukunft wiederkommen. Grazie mille 🙏

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Der Garten entspricht allerdings nicht den Fotos, Möbel etc. sind teilweise nicht mehr vorhanden. Maria war in der Kommunikation sehr nett und hat sich sehr Mühe gegeben und war für ins jederzeit erreichbar! Die Zufahrt Strasse ist ausgewaschen und nicht für jedes Fahrzeug leicht zu bewältigen. Das Grundstück insgesamt sehr schön. In wenigen Minuten ist man am wunderschönen Strand, welchen wir im Mai alleine geniessen konnten. Wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Tout d'abord un grand merci à Maria pour son accueil chaleureux et ses nombreux conseils. Maison agréable, spacieuse et confortable qui offre une magnifique vue sur la mer. Cependant, la maison, n'est accessible que par un chemin de terre en très mauvaise état et elle est relativement isolée. Bien qu'elle soit à deux pas de la plage, il est très difficile de s'y rendre rendre à pied car, pour cela, il faut emprunter une route très passante, sans trottoir et particulièrement dangereuse en raison de la vitesse des véhicules et de leur dépassement en ligne continue. Enfin, aucun commerce n'est accessible à pied et un véhicule est indispensable pour faire des courses ou se rendre au restaurant ou chez un glacier.

Wir verbrachten mit unserer Tochter zwei Wochen im April in diesem wirklich sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln an dem Haus. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön und riesig. Maria und Stefano sind stets für Fragen oder Tipps erreichbar und sehr sympathische Vermieter. Wir können das Objekt ohne Einschränkung empfehlen.

La casa ha una pregevole vista panoramica sulla bella spiaggia di Pescoluse, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. La zona esterna è curata e ben organizzata. La casa è nuova, piccola ma ben strutturata. Il Wi-Fi molto ben funzionante in ogni zona. Maria e la sua famiglia si sono dimostrati molto attenti, gentili e disponibili. È stato un soggiorno più che soddisfacente.

villa, giardino in ottima posizione, proprietaria molto più che gentile e accogliente, purtroppo dopo il 30/9 tutti i paesi limitrofi hanno "il tutto chiuso" (negozi, bar, ristoranti, supermercati, tutto!) e questo ha reso il soggiorno problematico e sgradevole. Mare bello (tutti i bagni chiusi !!) tempo splendido villa da raccomandare in tutti i sensi.

Wij hebben 5 dagen in april van dit geweldige huis mogen genieten. Het terrein rondom het huis is groot en vanuit je ligstoel kun je de zee zien. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben genoten, het huis is beslist een aanrader. Aardige beheerders, we werden verwelkomt met een wijntje en een hartig hapje.

Très belle maison très bien équipée (manque seulement un lave-vaisselle) bien située par rapport à la plage avec un accès en voiture en deux minutes une vue à couper le souffle de magnifiques repas pris sur la terrasse face à la mer ... Les propriétaires nous ont offert un dîner avec des spécialités locales tout était fait maison excellent très copieux Maria est disponible en cas de besoin Bref de très belles vacances !!

Wir genossen zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem wahren Kleinod...welches vor allem durch sein wunderbares Ambiente überzeugt. Die Villetta ist innen ebenso wie im Aussenbereich mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind weitläufig; Sitz - und Liegegelegenheit draussen sind angenehm über das Areal verteilt. Neu angelegt ist ein hübscher kleiner Teich mit Brunnen. In punkto Funktionalität fehlt es an nichts (Küchenausstattung, Handtücher u.a.). Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Außengrill, eine Waschmaschine; auch WiFi. Maria und Stefano waren jederzeit erreichbar für mögliche Belange und somit nicht nur sehr zuverlässige, sondern auch sehr herzliche Vermieter. Wir können das Haus jederzeit voll und ganz weiterempfehlen.

Den vorangegangenen Bewertungen haben wir inhaltlich nicht wirklich Neues, dafür aber in deutscher Sprache hinzuzufügen: Wir verbrachten zwei wundervolle Wochen im Haus, welches durch seine ruhige Lage mit wundervollem Blick auf das Meer ebenso besticht wie das bis ins Detail liebevolle und gepflegte Ambiente drinnen im Haus sowie auch draussen auf der Terrasse und im wunderschön angelegten Garten. Das Haus ist für 6 Personen bestens geeignet; Schlafzimmer und Bäder verteilen sich auf angenehme Weise im Haus. Neben der praktischen Ausstattung (Kochutensilien, Geschirr etc.) gibt es zahlreiche Handtüchet, eine Waschmaschine im Aussenbereich, einen Grill, auch WIFI. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch die stil- und liebevollen Details drinnen wie auch im Aussenbereich, in dem sich zudem -in der Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Bildern erkennbar- Sitz-/Liegegelegenheiten grosszügig auf dem Areal verteilen. Abends sorgt zudem die "Aussenbeleuchtung" in Form mehrerer Strahler für ein besonderes Ambiente. Das Haus verfügt über eine jederzeit individuell einschaltbare Alarmanlage. Maria und ihr Mann Stefano waren jederzeit erreichbar und ansprechbar für eventuelle Belange und als Vermieter sehr zuverlässig und sympathisch! Wir können dieses wunderbare salentinische Kleinod jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Abbiamo trascorso (due adulti + due ragazzi di 13 e 15 anni) una settimana in questa splendida villa davanti al mare bellissimo della Puglia. La casa è perfetta: elegante, pulita, silenziosa, attrezzata, dotata di tutto e con un giardino incredibile (con campo di bocce e amaca!). Cenare sotto il patio davanti ad una vista impagabile è stato davvero molto bello. Il piacere di vivercci è pari al piacere di fare un bagno nel mare antistante (dieci minuti a piedi); la spiaggia organizzata e discreta (suggerisco lo stabilimento Elite che ha un numero contenuto di ombrelloni per chi non volesse la spiaggia libera) La proprietaria Maria è stata una persona deliziosa , discreta e gentilissima (abbiamo gustato una cena buonissima preparata da lei stessa). Prontissima a risolvere eventuali problematiche o esigenze (da parte nostra non ce ne sono state). Da ritornarci! Andrea T. (Bergamo)

Siamo arrivati, dopo un lungo viaggio, in questa Villa incantevole che abbiamo iniziato a scoprire ed apprezzare già dal primo momento. L'immobile era pulito, in ottimo stato e con finiture pregiate, completo di biancheria per camera. bagno e cucina. I proprietari, persone meravigliose, ci hanno offerto una succulenta e abbondante cena salentina, ricca di specialità della zona. Cenare nell'ampio patio esterno guardando il mare e poter ammirare una splendida luna piena che vi si riflette non ha prezzo. Che dire poi dell'orto a disposizione! Per quanto riguarda il mare, a 3 minuti di macchina si trova la spiaggia denominata "Maldive del Salento": sabbia bianchissima e mare azzurro con zone atrezzate o spiaggia libera. E' stata un'ottima vacanza e consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in quest'oasi di pace. Un unico apuunto: la Villa è molto più bella di quanto appare nelle foto!

Siamo stati in questa splendida villa per un mese tra luglio ed agosto, una casa davvero bella, curata nei minimi particolari e pulitissima. Il giardino è immenso, tenuto alla perfezione e pieno di piante di ogni tipo. All'esterno è presente una doccia d'acqua calda che ti permette di lavarti guardando il mare ed un barbecue in muratura che abbiamo utilizzato praticamente tutte le sere. la biancheria fornita era pulitissima, profumata ed abbondante, permetteva diversi cambi nel corso delle settimane. Altra perla della casa per noi è stato sicuramente l'immenso orto dal quale coglievamo ogni giorno pomodori davvero squisiti! La casa si trova proprio a pochi metri dalle spiagge denominate Maldive del Salento, acqua cristallina e sabbia chiarissima facevano di questo posto un vero angolo di paradiso, ed in mezzo a due paesi, torre pali e torre vado, i quali offrono tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno; fruttivendolo, fornaio, pescheria ed alimentari. L'ospitalità di Maria e suo marito, poi, merita una descrizione a parte. Persone squisite e di estrema gentilezza, sempre disponibili e simpaticissime, ci hanno offerto due cene davvero ottime, prodotti tipici del posto cucinati in maniera eccellente e recapitati a casa perfettamente all'orario richiesto. Consiglio a chiunque un soggiorno in questo posto stupendo che merita per il panorama, per la casa, per il mare e per le persone. Andrea e Barbara Grassi

Abbiamo trascorso un mese in questa casa stupenda, spaziosa ed accogliente, curata nei minimi particolari e perfettamente pulita. Il giardino è immenso, pieno di piante di ogni tipo, sentieri di pietra ed una doccia esterna che ti permette di lavarti guardando il mare! Il barbecue in muratura è perfetto, abbiamo grigliato per un mese intero! La casa si trova in una zona moto bella, adiacente alle spiagge denominate Maldive del Salento dove in alcuni giorni il mare riusciva a lasciarti senza fiato, la vicinanza sia a torre pali che a torre vado permette di avere a portata di mano tutto quello che occorre, pescherie, fruttivendoli ed alimentari. I padroni di casa sono persone gentilissime e disponibili, ci hanno offerto due cene che ancora ricordiamo con l'acquolina in bocca, ogni tipo di prodotto della zona cucinato in maniera sublime! Maria sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste e persona davvero simpatica. Consiglio a tutti di andare in questo posto, la nostra vacanza è stata indimenticabile, è davvero un autentico paradiso!

Una bella e comoda villa in ottima posizione fra Pescoluse e Torre Pali ideale per una famiglia. Vista incredibile con mare a 180° e bel patio per mangiare e prendere il sole. Grande terreno con campo da bocce e in generale molto spazio per tutto (parcheggio etc.). La spiaggia di fronte è molto bella. In agosto purtroppo molto affollata ed è indispensabile prenotare un ombrellone in una spiaggia privata (consiglio ELITE di fronte). Proprietari della casa molto disponibili e gentili. Ci hanno offerto una cena preparata da loro. Giudizio complessivo ottimo.

Abbiamo appena trascorso una splendida settimana in questa villa meravigliosa. Quello che piu' la contraddistingue e' la tranquillita', la privacy , e il senso di pace . La vista e' bellissima, si puo' ammirare il mare e sentirne il profumo. Il giardino e' curatissimo e davvero grande; fiori, cactus, ulivi; c'e' perfino un campo di bocce e una rete per giocare a pallavolo. La villa e' curata in ogni dettaglio, e la proprietaria Maria sempre pronta ad aiutare e molto disponibile.La cosa che piu' ho apprezzato di questo soggiorno e' proprio la tranquillita' ed il silenzio che noi cerchiamo sempre ogni volta che andiamo in vacanza. Consigliatissima assolutamente.

Siamo stati in questa fantastica Villa l'ultima settimana di giugno, purtroppo è durata troppo poco!!! La casa è stupenda, pulita e ben curata. Gli spazi esterni comodissimi, un panorama mozzafiato. Maria e Stefano, i proprietari, molto cordiali e disponibili (da sottolineare la cena preparataci da loro a base di prodotti tipici!!!!). Noi eravamo 2 coppie con 4 bambini (2 di pochi mesi) e miglior sistemazione non potevamo trovare!!!!!!!!

Una casa bellissima in ottima posizione. Pulita, elegante, accogliente con vista mozzafiato sul mare che dista circa 300mt. Giardino particolarmente bello e curato. Abbiamo soggiornato a giugno 2015 in due coppie con bambini e purtroppo questa settimana da favola è durata troppo poco. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. La titolare Maria è stata da subito gentile e disponibile. La casa secondo il nostro punto di vista è ancora più bella dal vivo che dalle foto!!! La proprietaria ci ha fatto assaggiare dei prodotti caseari buonissimi. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo!

LA VILLA MACCHIA MEDITERRANEA E' UNA MAGNIFICA VILLA IMMERSA NELLA TRANQUILLA CAMPAGNA MA AFFACCIATA SUL MARE, SILENZIOSA, ACCOGLIENTE, PULITA, PRATICAMENTE NUOVA. Sono stato a Giugno del 2014 i questa stupenda villa sul mare, posizione ottimale per vivere il mare del Salento e i paesini all'interno , Presicce , Specchia e tanti altri. Una casa bella in buonissima posizione, pulita, elegante,accogliente. Vista mozzafiato ,giardino particolarmente bello. Abbiamo passato una settimana piacevolissima con figli e fidanzate. La signora Maria ed il marito Stefano persone gentilissime e disponibilissime. Faremo di tutto per tornarci.
