Inside on the first level is a large game room with full wet bar, pool table, foosball, arcade game, and big screen TV. On this level there is also a full bathroom and two bedrooms, one with two sets of bunks and one with two double beds. On the mid-level, find four oceanfront master bedrooms. Each bedroom offers oceanfront views and sliding glass door access to the shaded decks where you can relax with the ocean breezes and admire the view from your personal hammock.

The great room features a home theater system with large screen TV and sound bar. Create culinary spreads in the large kitchen with custom cabinetry, expansive black granite countertops and high-end appliances, including a second dishwasher. An adjacent dining area leads to an additional outdoor dining area/screened porch. The upper-level living area features outstanding views, where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and dunes from the large, well-furnished deck featuring Adirondack chairs and a high-top seating area.
