「The house is advertised as the best handicapped house in the OBX. We concur this is absolutely correct. The ramp up to the main living floor was very convenient for unloading your vehicle. Everything on the main living floor was accessible including the dock. The location is next to Hatteras Watersports where jet skis and kayaks were available for rent - very convenient! The owners were very responsive to any needs/concerns. For sure, the house rates a 5 star! We look forward to going back!」

「Our group of 8 (and our pup) enjoyed the house and its multiple communal spaces, easy walk to the beach, clean hot tub and heated pool (happy we paid for this!) The host was very communicative and helpful - we had a few cleanliness issues upon arrival but they were quick to respond and resolve the issues. The kitchen was stocked with empty utensils and appliances to get us through the weekend, and the 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers were helpful for a big group. Overall very happy with our stay!」

「Great location, enjoyed the house all around. Few minor issues with pool not getting warm till Thursday for swimming. General maintenance on outside cut grass trim trees and bushes. 「The cabin is a bit small for four people, but just right for two. The furnishings are worn but comfortable. We had trouble accessing wi-fi at first, but an agent came right over and fixed it. Lots of construction noise in the area, bit that will soon go away. My only criticism is that the den has no lighting, and there aren’t enough electrical outlets.」

「This place was perfect for our little family. We had top floor and it was perfect. Walk to beach was perfect as well. View of ocean was amazing from the deck. The floor below us had other tenants and you could hear them very well talking or tv and their dog and when they walked the whole place shook. It was a little too close for comfort but we weren’t home much so we tried not to let it bother us.」

「On our way down, the owner contacted us to tell us that the previous guest had broken the stove. They asked if it was ok to come replace it and they compensated us with lunch for interrupting our visit, which was not necessary, but grateful for the awesome pizza! They are extremely friendly and it was a great location. The kids loved all of the different rooms and especially the loft and balconies. If ever in the Outer Banks again, we will definitely reach out to them.」

「We traveled to Nags Head for a family vacation, Sugaree was a great choice for us to stay. We had 5 people andl there was more than enough for everyone. The house was clean, location to the beach was amazing, hot tub was easy to use and very relaxing. Restaurants and shopping was nearby and convenient.
