“The first room I was in was horrible. It had mold, mildew, and all whatever complained about it and no one done anything. unfortunately, I had to rebook the room that’s when they put me in a different room. TV no telephone or air-conditioning work in either rooms.. on top of all that someone stole my tennis shoes, white Reebok”

“The staff was helpful. We checked in extremely late and they were kind. The rooms were great, but there were a few issues. They were clean, however, the body wash was empty when we arrived and there was a nail from the carpet tack strip that was protruding from the floor, not enough to cause injury but enough to be noticeable. The breakfast tasted amazing. They had a limited menu you could order from and a few Starbucks drinks.”

“Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, always good service but there were no hot breakfast items available this morning??”

“We made a reservation with this hotel through Expedia and when we arrived they claimed our booking was cancelled. We didn't get any notification of this and it was past 10:00pm. I called earlier in the day to confirm our booking. We later found out an employee working earlier in the day attempted to charge our card (unauthorized) and check us in before we arrived. We reserved a book now pay at the property room. The night shift worker was very helpful with at least recommending another hotel……

“Large clean comfortable room,good air-conditioning ”

“Absolutely terrible, gross and not clean. We booked 3 nights we were in for work only stayed one night and checked out the next morning. Loud and smelled disgusting!! I’m asking for a refund!!”

“The hotel staff were very friendly, the breakfast was adequate (the scrambled eggs need improved or offer an actual salsa to flavor them up), parking was great and the hotel seemed clean. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool. No real complaints.”

“We chose this hotel because is was close to my sons house. Also, we read some of the reviews. It was rated good or excellent must of the time. We give a poor review. Since we arrived, we were confronted with one situation to another. Such as: we noticed the entrance and hallway floors were not clean and mop. We got to our bedroom and the iron board was broken. The following day I tried to connect the hair blower in the bathroom to dry my hair. The electricity shot down in the bathroom. When we……

“Avoid this Fairfield. Our room had significant water damage (bubbling ceilings and soaked door frames). We reported it immediately, but the GM, Valerie, is now telling Marriott Corporate that 'no one ever spoke to her' in an attempt to block our refund. ​I have the timestamped emails and photos to prove otherwise. It is a sad state of affairs when a brand like Marriott allows a local GM to gaslight guests regarding structural failures. Currently considering escalating this to the Tennessee……

“Filthy place. Thick dust on coffee machine & vents. Mold in fridge which also leaked on the floor. Dirty shower, floor, and towels were stained. Our room was $100 for one night. Should have slept in the car.”
