一般
位置比預計的偏僻，距離華欣市中心駕電單車需要45分鐘，酒店附近幾乎沒有什麼餐廳，商店，最近的海灘是很近，但那個海灘的環境個人覺得不適合游泳，酒店服務員說海灘旁邊有很多餐廳，商店，晚上8點左右到達見到的只有1，2家類似士多的店，餐廳嘛基本得1，2家，而且是沒有顧客的。第二天中午再去看，情形差不多，沿路是見到有些餐廳懸掛的廣告，但可能我們太笨了，找不到。到最後只能駕車往最近的Lotus吃飯，車程大約20分鐘。酒店每天有幾班往Lotus及華欣市中心的shuttle bus，但不是免費，往Lotus 單程100泰銖，華欣市中心150泰銖。如果不準備租車的話真要考慮是否入住。至於酒店餐廳，坦白說我們只吃了供應的早餐已經不想再在酒店餐廳吃午或晚餐，早餐種類不多，而且大部分食物完全沒有東西蓋著即使很多蒼蠅在食物上，我也明白到這些地方蒼蠅少不了，但起碼有些應對措施保持食物清潔吧。酒店房間的浴室設計絕對是一個敗筆。而且他們shuttle bus的時間很老土，從酒店到華欣的只有早上10點一班，酒店退房時間是11點，即如果check out時只能選擇提早退房搭十點的班次，如錯過了10點只能比800泰銖坐車出華欣市中心了。

每個屋頂都有暖水按摩浴缸，酒店並沒有提供有線電話，需要用手提電話聯絡前台，包括room service、有點不方便。餐廳的食物很好，即叫即做pizza十分美味，早餐簡單為主餐廳還有BBQ SET可以訂回房間燒烤。 酒店內有一家小型商店，在晚上10點會關門。可惜房間內沒有洗衣機和乾衣機，如果有就更好了。洗澡熱水和出水量十分足夠，房間是不准吸煙，但你可以在露台、天台一邊享受大自然一邊進行呢！ 酒店有租用電單車服務價錢相宜，泳池保養很好，但池水是咸水來的，如果有過敏請注意。 這裡是離開城市休閒之選，希望再次回來

酒店位置偏僻是預算之內，可是服務態度實在惡劣。一小時內停電兩次，停水一次，3間房中有兩間沒有空調。Check out 時，說遺失了四條沙灘巾，每一條還要1000B，可是我們誰都沒拿走，跟他們理論後，花了我們一小時，因有3位朋友要趕飛機，最後無奈付了2000B了事！！

在酒店範圍內根本看不到所謂海灘, 位置超級偏遠, 比起同集團另一山景別墅價錢貴2-3倍, 但掛名 Beach 是完全不合理 設施OK, 清潔OK, 客廁的花灑水力低, 只能排隊到主人房的浴室洗澡

Love and warm resort
It's a nice and beautiful resort. Although it is 30km and a bit far away from Hua Hin, the environment of the resort is very beautiful. The house is well equipped and we love the big swimming pool very much. It is good for family holidays. I would suggest you rent a car there.

Good but not 4 star
House was clean but little bit old. The sofa was broken and wardrobe door were stuck. But otherwise very good house to be few night. Breakfast was small. No thai style breakfast. 2 different fruits and breads. But they cook american breakfast with eggs you wanted. Yoghurt if you ask it. After house cleaning you haven’t handtowel and toiletpaper was empty. Everything had to ask from staff. Swimmingpool was great and the area was quiet and clean.

The hotel and facilities were beautiful! My children especially loved the pools, the waterslide, and the obstacle course in the pool. The food was delicious and reasonably priced for a hotel. The house was very comfortable and the second floor rooftop deck was lovely! The staff were very nice and the house cleaners were very thorough. The only downside is that it’s not especially close to other restaurants, convenient stores, or the beach. They do, however, offer scooters for rent at the property, making all of these places easily accessible! The beach in many restaurants are Only 3 to 5 KM away

Lots of pros and cons for this property. Firstly I would not say it is 4 star so expect 2 to 3 star for quality. Pros - great price, we stayed for 10 nights. great pool and water slide, the kids played for hours on it. Pool was always clean and sparkling. Staff were very helpful and friendly, daily house keeping, breakfast was really good. Had a great selection including thai dishes. Cons - linen had holes in them, torn doona covers, stains on bath towels, were changed immediately when I told them and they were very apologetic, villas a little run down and need work to make them 4 star quality, kitchen walls dirty, bathroom tiles and grout mouldy, expedia pics show oven in the villa, there was no oven so we could not cook christmas lunch. Woyld say for 10 nights its a little far out of town. The kids got annoyed with so much driving to get to places. Its 40 mins from Hua Hin. If your wanting to explore Hua Hin without the hubby and kids stay in Hua Hin and take your time. Overall we had a great time here and would recommend but don't expext 4 star.

Cleanliness
Room was nice and clean. Area of improvement is the cleanliness swimming pool. There are quite a number of dead insects both in the morning and evening.

Peacefull holiday in a very fine Resort
The Lotus Pool House is a very good apartment, if you want space around you, and want to relax. You have your own rooftop, and your private spa. Thats rearly wonderfull. Just outside the Resort, you can see the "Real Thailand". The beach is about 1 km away, and there you can find a lot of small and simple places to eat. The food is good and cheap, and it is absolutely not crowded. The Only but also important negative thing about this place is that there is 15 km to the nearest city.We recommend that you to rent a scooter, so you can go to the city and to the National Park whenever you want.

Resortin toimesta kuljetus myös Bangkokin kentältä ja takaisin (noin 100e auto/suunta, kestää noin 3,5tuntia).

Nice enough but not close to anything
The good ; large rooms , clean , roof top catches a breeze and mountain outlook .Breakfast was ok too. The not so good ; unfortunately it rained a lot during my stay and there were no TV channels working only Thai channels despite claiming to have premium cable channels , the air condition units were incredibly noisy . The beach is not walking distance and nothing is close by .Hua Hin is 30 to 40 minutes drive away.

Verbesserungswürdig
Vorneweg: Ich würde nicht mehr in diesem Hotel übernachten sondern mir eine bessere Anlage in der Umgebung suchen (die z.B. auch kostenlose Fahrräder verleihen im Gegensatz zu diesem Resort). Die Zimmer und der Pool sind gut und grosszügig. Die Servicequalität lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wahrsch. liegt es daran, dass die Anlage von einem norwegischen Investor gebaut wurde und es nur verwaltet wird, d.h. dass niemand grosses Interesse an Verbesserungen hat. Das Reinigungspersonal reinigt die Zimmer nicht wenn man zu der Zeit beim Frühstück ist, sondern hinterlässt WC-Rolle und Handtücher auf der Veranda. Man sieht sie später vorbeilaufen, doch es gibt keinen zweiten Versuch. Selbst das führende Personal hat z.T. nur minimale Englischkenntnisse, vielleicht weil die Hauptkunden Thais und Chinesen sind. Allerdings ist die Kommuniktion dadurch z.T. sehr schwierig. Was uns absolut angewidert hat ist das Frühstück. Das wäre an und für sich gut gewsen. Aber es gab soviele Fliegen! Das Buffet hätte in einem geschlossenen Raum aufgestellt werden sollen, der vorhanden, aber nicht benutzt wurde. Stattdessen wurde z.B. ein Fliegenfänger-Blatt gleich neben die Speisen hingelegt mit vielen Toten Fliegen. Lebendige Fliegen hatte es trotzdem noch Unmengen. In einem 3-Stern Hotel geht sowas nicht. Ein Grund weshalb wir das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel bevorzugen würden ist die Lage. Ohne Roller muss man im Resort bleiben, die guten Restaurants sind zu weit weg.
