"The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. The tent itself was very dusty. The evening cultural program was nice. The ambience was decent. And as I said some of the staff was trying to be helpful within the limits...

"We looked forward to this trip. The people are nice and the property situated well. They had a camal safari, local entertainment and then dinner. With only 3 families among 18 camps, we felt a bit empty. A larger group would have made this a better experience. Weather, the location and the experience for one night is worth."

"Amazing stay at this property, fantastic service, clean rooms and good food which will be more like homemade food ( which we liked) and not like a restaurant style. Breakfast and dinner can be included in your stay which I recommend as this property is located a bit remote around 45 minutes from Jaisalmer. The campsite and resort are perfect but avoid booking activities from them as they are extremely pricey and won’t be able to meet their commitments for activity times. To give an idea, they...

"Excellent camps and the cleanliness of the tents and washrooms are too good and hygienic. I stayed here for one night and they serve fresh food and comfortable bed. Pool access was easy with sunloungers. "

"Amazing stay at this property, fantastic service, clean rooms and good food which will be more like homemade food ( which we liked) and not like a restaurant style. Breakfast and dinner can be included in your stay which I recommend as this property is located a bit remote around 45 minutes from Jaisalmer. To give an idea, they charge at least double then the actual cost which is a downer but to rate the property and experience with the staff I definitely recommend "
