“Excellent staff top to bottom! First class treatment!
They need to solve the driving back up the mountain to property from Park City problem at gate… pretty stupid to have a guard tell guests they have to use funicular to return but we could drive our vehicle down the mountain no problem from the hotel?!? and the valet actually drove our vehicle back up as we rode the funicular?!?
Also the fine dining option Rime needs some attention to food quality. The Brasserie and poolside offerings……

“We stayed for three nights this weekend and had a wonderful experience. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted right away. The receptionist was amazing—she even upgraded us to a bigger room since I had my kids with me and we were celebrating one of their birthdays.
The entire stay truly felt like a home away from home. All of the staff were so sweet, the hotel was very clean, and the valet team was quick and friendly. We also loved having the shuttle to go downtown—such a convenient……
