「Excellent location and so close to downtown Perrysburg. Very clean and well equipped with many necessities provided. Host was very easy to reach both prior to and during stay and exceptionally accomodating. It is an older home but very nicely remodeled and updated wherever possible. If you are not used to multi floor homes the steps to access bedrooms and bathrooms are not as challenging as a previous review I saw. The neighborhood is very quiet. 「The house is beautiful. Perfect for our needs. Concerned that all exits but one were non-functioning. Had trouble with the alarm system. Police came twice during our stay. Host gave us the alarm code after we contacted them about the problem but the alarm was still going off with the police. Many light bulbs need replaced. Just a small issue. Had a great weekend.」

「Absolutely loved this place! Recently updated, stylish, clean and comfortable. We spent hours sitting on the porch watching the gulls, geese, ducks, egrets and herons on the water; very relaxing. Even caught sight of a bald eagle several times. Location is perfect with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and easy access to I-75. Hosts are great communicators and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend!」

「The neighborhood was quiet but in a central location close to restaurants, gas stations, etc. The house was very nice with an updated bathroom. It was unique and charming with antique details preserved. It was very hot in Toledo when we were there and the AC struggled a bit to cool the hallway and bathroom. The owner supplied a box fan that helped and the rest of the home stayed cool. There were ceiling fans in every room and remote controls for them and the lights. We had a plumbing issue that...

「Great location, old renovation well done and was comfortable. Our only negative was we arrived on a Sunday evening and seemed as if cleaning crew just skipped thru cleaning from the from previous occupants. All trash cans were full counter top had food crumbs and microwave and refrigerator were not wiped out. Nothing that could not be fixed by us in a short period of time. Just kinda made our first impression unexpected. We felt this is not the normal bedding and bathroom was clean.」
