「Very nice hotel with friendly staffs 」

「Well located place with friendly staff but a bit overpriced for what it is. Let down by small details: tv and fridge do not work, breakfast is poor and no sound insulation.」

「Everything about this hotel was absolutely fantastic. And that’s coming from a person who actually had a hiccup at the hotel. I tried ordering room service via the TV since I arrived late & most of the restaurants were already closed or closing but my food never came. I called the front desk but I guess the receptionist never relayed the message about my food because some of the hotel team showed up at my room door. I explained to them that I was waiting for my food. 20 mins later, another staff...

「Incredible staff, went out of their way to help this group of Americans with everything from quick turnaround on laundry/pressing service to providing tips on travelling around the city/country. The room was no frills when compared with what one might expect in a U.S. room, but it was clean, quiet, and a great place to sleep after days of exploring. We didn't travel halfway around the world just to hang out in a hotel room.」

「The personal was really helpful, unfortunately there was no restaurant at the hotel. Also the bed was like sleeping on a rock. The Wifi was really bad.」
