“The customer service was excellent, special tanks from Ferdaws Jan. The rooms were very clean and big. Breakfast was perfect, beyond my expectations, the staff were very friendly when serving. The spa facility was very good. I already recommended to my our friends and family.”

“Отличный отель, дружелюбный персонал, номера чистые, завтрак вкусный и очень разнообразный. Близко к аэропорту. Рекомендую!!”

“Friendly staff, clean and perfectly safe for a solo female traveller. It was further from the centre of town than i was expecting. Also the bed was incredibly hard. ”

“Great staffs, great service, and great facilities. Strongly reccomend this hotel when visiting Smarkand.”

“Two different taxis could not find the property. The credit card machine didn’t work. The beds were extremely firm and the sheets were a bit scratchy. Some of the Mae staff watched my daughter and I lug our luggage inside without offering to help carry it. (Younger staff were more helpful later.)”

“They have good service and care about customer. I booked the wrong dates and were not supposed to get the refund via hotel.com. They are so kind to let me change it and refund the original payment for me. The staff are helpful and the location is great. Great value for money. Thanks a lot! Jo”

“My friends and I were impressed about the authentic architecture of the property, huge rooms, friendly staff and services.”

“Location is far from tourist sights. Breakfast is terrible. Room & bathroom are clean. Stairs leading up to hotels were slippery - I fell twice. Average hotel, I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“The hotel is a good option for the price. Modern, clean good location. No lift, so tough to carry cases to top floor. Good restaurants around the corner. Good parks nearby. The breakfast is very average.”

“The hotel is super clean and staff are very friendly and warm. There is a lady that speaks Russian is very helpful and kind. She welcomes everyone with very gentle smiles and compliments. The breakfast is amazing. There is nothing to ask more. Omlet, cheese, bread, sweets, fruits, yogurt and other local Özbek foods that I enjoyed a lot. Definitely, I will book the hotel again next time I visit Samarkand”

“Die Lage ist super und das Personal ist hervorragend. Maksim, samir & younus waren so hilfsbereit, aufmerksam - danke an der Stelle nochmal. Der Garten ist so hübsch und das Frühstück ist super.”

“Beautiful hotel, incredible location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, great pool”
