"Beautiful hotel, only 3 stops from Tokyo station. Friendly staff, spa was a little hot for summer days but relaxing. More Laundry facilities are needed for the size of hotel. Overalls a great stay and recommend."

"This hotel is in the shinjuku area, walking distance from Shinjuku station. The hotel is well maintained, the smallest room is enough for two adults. The breakfast buffet is great to start your day, is well priced and they have many options for the entire family. We really missed this breakfast when we switched hotels in Japan. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in this neighborhood."

"Check in experience was great, we leave our bag early while we explore tokyo, and come back for check in and found our bag already in the room. Much appreciated.. save us the time and effort.
