“Good”

“We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Resort. We were able to get interconnected rooms for our family of five and this worked out well. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and all the little spots to relax, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Buffet breakfast was reliable - pizzas at the pool were fantastic and we loved the fire show! Only real downside was the location, a shuttle service to and from town would have been……

“Great services, amazing breakfast with many choices.”

“Helpful staff.”

“Lovely and quiet at night. Beach right there. Quick food service.”

“Air Con was very noisy and can’t fix”

“Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with. The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who……

“For our first time in Vanuatu we managed to book 2 nights here before moving over to Port Vila for the remainder of our trip. The transfer from the airport to the banana boat and then welcome to the hotel was great after a delayed flight. If you have mobility issues, this probably isn’t the place for you as you’ll need to manage your bags on a floating pontoon. The staff are all incredible and so kind. We checked in to villa 2 and while we booked through Expedia, we were sent a text long……

“There were some disparaging comments left previously which didn’t put us off, so let’s address them. Dates: it is a little dated, if you’re expecting a “resort” like the Ramada, it’s not for you. It’s a well maintained family style resort where the staff are fantastic. The breakfast (delivered to your room) is a little different but perfectly adequate for your needs. It’s different but very enjoyable with the staff the absolute high point”

“We felt very welcomed at Tropicana the staff were very friendly and helpful. Diana even took us around the island for the day. The kids loved the pool and kayaks in the lagoon. The apartments came fully equipped so you can cook your own meals as well. Would recommend!”

“Beautiful beach views, staff were so helpful”
