「We had a wonderful week at the cottage despite the poor weather. The cottage was warm and comfortable and the beds were amazing, so comfortable. The bathroom was really nice with a wonderful rain forest shower.Gail and Richard made us very welcome and were always around if we had any problems but not intrusive.All in all it was a great stay, even my mum who is 92 loved it and we will definitely be returning next year.」

「There was a bad sewage smell in the flat that seemed to come from the cupboard containing the mop. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable despite my friend bringing a mattress topper with her. It had springs sticking out. They don’t tell you before you check in that there is either a 38 non refundable deposit or a 200 hold on your account in case you break something. The flat was in a good location by the beach. New bedding needed for the main bedroom」

「We spent 4 nights at this lodge between 28Dec-1Jan and it was excellent. From check in to check out the process was seamless and we had everything we needed. Lodge was cozy, clean and warm and the bathrooms had actually been updated so were newer and nicer than the pics. Area was lovely and quiet. Had a carvery at the Cider barn restaurant about 5 min drive away and we drove into Weston Super Mare (20 mins) and got wristbands for the pier and did ice skating. They have activities on site which...
