The house is a gem.

The house is a gem. The exterior is in dire need om maintenance. The interior is worn. I don't mind but a new kitchen and bathroom would give more comfort and would match the steep rental price the owner charges. Please replace the mattresses in de main bedroom. Please repair all the cracks in the ceiling. Please get new chairs for the dining table. The view is great, I cleaned all the windows to enjoy is even more. Nice and quiet and when I did away with all the wild bushes in the path to the house it was easily accessible. We had a nice week, despite all the comments. Fix them and it would be a dream to come back to...
