「While the room itself was clean, there were several issues that make this a bad stay. Both of the sheets were clean, but had some orange and red stains. The towels provided were tattered and had significant holes in them. The gap between the outside door and the floorboard was quite large, with nothing stopping bugs/mice from coming inside. Shades do not block light well while trying to sleep. The lock on the door appeared to have been broken into, with a poor repair. On the plus side, it is walking distance to the town of Woodstock.」

「Strong points are: beautiful views; spacious room; quiet; clean, staff cheerful and eager to please. Weak points were: shower/tub requires a mat or something to avoid slipping on the floor of the bathtub; owner will surely get sued if not fixed. Secondly, the TV requires 2 remotes; instructions given were totally inadequate. Matthew and I worked together to produce a clear simple instruction sheet which he says he will distribute to the other rooms.」
