She is friendly, uber- responsive, and smart.Location was great for my purposes, with the BTS, and avgreat night market nearby.I was using one bedroom to sleep and another for work. The air conditioning worked well everywhere except the bedroom I was sleeping in. Nink had repair people out twice, and while it was never repaired, I went ahead and gave five stars because I also rent properties and sometimes, stuff happens. She could not have been better about……

“The good: 2 ply TP, paper towels, soaps, cleaners, water and more all provided, cost appropriate, canal boat travel, good communication, went out of their way to help me check in after an early morning arrival flight, good location, the space was clean. Nice people. The bad: and it’s a deal breaker for me - the old filthy towels. He might want to replace the towels at least every 5 or 10 years. I found one hidden in kitchen cabinet that was dark so at least I couldn’t tell it was as……
